Samir Dawoodani is a leading OD and Performance Management Specialist, with over 12 years of experience in diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, FMCG, Manufacturing and Logistics in the fields of HR, OD and Performance Management. He is an action-based facilitator who demonstrates measurable standards in the application of learning from training room to workplace. Being able to work with all levels of the hierarchy with his diverse experience, gives him an edge as a trainer. He has worked for companies like Shell, AKU, USAID and has provided his consulting expertise to clients like KESC, Civil Aviation Authority, Shan Foods, Al Karam Textiles and E2E SCM.
