TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

THIS DAY this cause came before the Court on the request of Plaintiff. Leisha Jane

Pickering, seeking a Tempor<lry Restraining Order against her former attorney of record, Bettie

Ruth Johnson, and the Court, having jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter. cmd finding

that the documents may be relevant in these proceedings which involve different parties and

causes of action and that immediate, irreparable harm may result to Leisha Jane Pickering if this

Court docs not gr(lnt the motion and further finding that no harm will come to Defendant as a

result of this Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for a Temporary Restraining

Order against her former attorney, Bettie Ruth Johnson} is well taken and is hereby granted as

follows;

J. That Plaintiffs fonner attorney. Bettie Ruth Johnson, is hereby ordered and directed

to forthwith under seal make and turn over a copy of all documents including any

journals and/or other documents that were obtained by her during the course and

scope of her representation while she was the attorney for Plaintiff. Specifically,

Bettie Ruth Johnson is ordered to make a copy of all documents, place them under
seal ;md file them personally with this Court. These sealed documents shall be held

until a final Order is entered in the case of Charles WiIJis Pickering, .If. vs. Leisha

Jane Pr;lther Pickering, Cause No. 2008-0668, in the Chancery Court of Madison

County, Mississippi

2. This Court does not intend to counter an order of another court and will abide by the

order as it applies to its case; however, after the final disposition of the order is

entered this Court \vill have a hearing with aIJ parties herein for a final determination.

3. A copy of this order is to be sent to the ChanceIJor of Madison County in Cause no,

2008-0668.

4. That this Order is binding upon Bettie Ruth Johnson until a hearing can take place at

after the final order is entered as stated above.

IT lS FURTHER ORDERED that security is not required of Leisha Jane Pickering or

Bettie Ruth Johnson. •
