Job Description
Will be responsible for Strategy, analysis, planning etc In absence of MD, he will be responsible for working with Business / Deptt Heads Business Strategy, Business Restructuring, Business Research & Analysis, Financial Analysis, Qualitative Research, Industry Analysis, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Business Valuation, Secondary Research, Corporate Strategy, M&A, MS office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Key Responsibilities:

KPIs
Should have a consulting Background

Strategic Planning and Analysis : Work on engagements encompassing growth, diversification, performance management, strategic frameworks analysis

Corporate Strategy Research & Analysis Business planning, Growth and diversification strategy, Financial Modeling, M&A, Market Entry Dynamics, Financial analysis, Valuation (DCF, EVA, Multiples etc) Industry Analysis

Financial Analysis: In depth financial analysis (Trend analysis, Peer analysis, RoE decomposition), pricing and profitability analysis

Due Diligence: Market opportunity assessment, target screening, basic financial modeling, valuation (Transaction, Trading, Multiple, DCF), value metrics analysis.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements


Strong knowledge of dealing and working with the head of the company(COO/CEO/MD) Hands on experience in Strategy/Planning/Analysis Experience in conducting High profile Business Meetings Competent in dealing with the respective Business Heads Good communication and presentation skills Strong leadership skills

Qualifications
MBA from Good/Premier Institute.

Opportunity Assessment and Business Planning: Industry attractiveness, market sizing, portfolio analysis, product benchmarking, go to market & speed to market strategy

Experience
10 + years of experience in similar field Experience in managing senior level assignments

Management:

Interviewing

potential

new-hires,

mentoring new members of the team across roles, performance evaluation for junior team members. Facilitating Review Meetings which includes deep dive analysis of the reported numbers & issues with an Action taken report. Program managing deliverables by review of the observations with an implementation plan of each. Implementing short term and long term strategic business plans, which were evolved and embedded with external consultants by Continuous Cross Functional Coordination under specified quality, cost and timelines. In absence of MD, dealing with the respective BU Head
