NOTICE - DEMAND FOR COMMON LAW NAME

AFFIDAVIT OF CLAIM OF RIGHT, RIGHT OF CLAIM,


and
NOTICE OF DEMAND FOR DISCOVERY OF CHRISTIAN
APPELLATION OR COMMON LAW NAME OF BELLIGERENT
Affiant, Douglas-Mac: of the Duff Clan, a Living Man/Soul, declares to be of the age of
majority, mentally competent, able and willing to testify to the truth with firsthand
knowledge of the matters at hand and issue.
Affiant interpolates the Nomenclature of the "Person of Office", or "Office of Person"
(Libellee(s) listed within this document), each and severally, those True Christian
Appellation or Common Law Name of the Living Man, or Woman, filling said office, or
agency, and acting on behalf of a the corporation of CITY OF HARRISON, BOONE
COUNTY and STATE OF ARKANSAS is; (i.e., John Quincy Jones), hereinafter,
Belligerent.

An Act of Aggression and Commercial War (i.e., being forcefully stopped on the
Common Way, letter in demand for money, etc.) offer Number 100843, has violated this
Affiant's Rights as a non-belligerent, non-combatant, Freeborn Man upon the Land and
has invoked Discovery of the Name (composed of Belligerent’s Christian Appellation) of
the Living Soul/Man/Woman filling the Office of the Person that has injured this non-
corporate Affiant by such Act(s) of Aggression, such Act(s) being, with unclean hands
and deceptive trade practices; engaging a non-combatant, non-belligerent with acts of
Commercial War.
Belligerent(s) initiating this Act of Commercial War was/were plainly armed, or was
suspected of being armed. This Belligerent used a Common Means of Significance, red
and blue lights, to warn, or make demand(s) of, Affiant; however, it was not known to
Affiant that Affiant was not in imminent danger/threat/coercion and at risk of life and
limb, or property, in complying with warning and demand of Belligerent regarding
belligerent's actions; 1) AN EMERGENCY, 2) TO STOP OR BE SHOT, 3) TO STOP
FOR ARREST, 4) TO STOP FOR SEIZURE, KIDNAPPING, AND CAPTURE, 5) TO
STOP TO BE BOARDED FOR INSPECTION UNDER LETTER OF MARQUE, OR 6)
OTHER ACTS OF PIRATING AS BELLIGERENTS ARE KNOWN TO DO.
This Affiant, whose Nativity and Domicile is upon the land and beyond the sea, an
Arkansan, a Missourian, of Christian Birth and Baptism, declares to be a So-Journer upon
the land, dwelling within the flesh, maintaining the image of his Creator and Father,
Yahweh; travels with the authority of his Redeemer and Creditor, Yahshua, the Christ.
