OBJECTIVES:

Responsibilities & Experience.

1. Responsible for Operations&maintenance of entire network (Ufone), including BSS,
NSS, IN, and transmission entities installed in the whole north region.
2. Frequent meetings with customer to address and feedback different on going issues.
3. Proactively develop, implement, and communicate effective operational procedures
for improvement of network quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Coordination between customer and internal team to ensure the timely deliverance
as per SLA.
5. Send different reports regarding network to customer on regular basis.

6. To manage and control team & work load and to update daily progress report.
7. To resolve the site issues through proper channel, discussion with Operator and to
propose the proper solution.
 8. To maintain and check the quality of installation according to the Operator
requirements.
9. To maintain the weekly progress and update the statistic data of installed sites.
10. To prepare plan for the ATP of On-Air sites and deliver the sites to the operator safely.
11. Movements of teams on sites and to give them the proper guideline.
12. To take updates from sites and prepare daily installation report for the operator.
13. Transmission Network Planning for Huawei Ufone Project Phase-V and Phase-VI.
14. Transmission Design with MW Radio Equipments (NEC Paso link, V4, NEO).
15. Coordination with Operator on Issues Concerning Microwave Design.
16. How to check link performance (LB1, LB2, ES, and SES).

Preventive Maintenance: To do preventive maintenance with a team on routine basis

for BTS, BSC & micro BTS sites. To check battery backup, reporting of the external alarms
correctly. The purpose of this type of periodic maintenance is to check each & every
equipment at the site to prevent any instantaneous alarms on GSM site to improve the QOS
of GSM operator.

Testing Telecom Equipment

I can easily handle the universal Stationary Battery Analyzer from MIDTRONICS, Bert Meter,
site master, spectrum Analyzer, Multi Meter.
 Practical Work Experience in Huawei technologies.
• To Check the Status of BTS sites at OMC-T. Works on Huawei systems OSN
(OPTICAL FIBER SYSTEM NETWORK) 1500&3500.
• To check and clear the Transmission Media from BTS sites to BSC,
including Microwave Transmission, Lease Line Media, UMUX, optical MUX
and from Transmission DDF to BSC DDF.
• I have worked on Huawei SDH, NG-SDH, DWDM and BTS also.
• Have experience on generators and other outsource equipments.

Microwave planning department

 Conducting/performing field/site surveys for Microwave LOS (Line of Sight).

 Preparation of survey reports and path profiles.
 Did nominal network planning for Ufone in north region.
 Did capacity and frequency planning under the supervision of Ufone
transmission team.
 Worked on Path loss and MapInfo, Microsoft Excel.
 Management with coordinator.
 I have planned two Repeaters.
 I have Performed 90 surveys of north region for UFONE.
TRAININGS:
I have attended the four days NEC equipment and NMS training
in Islamabad. During training we learnt the microwave installation and their
software’s. We were taught four software’s.
(1) Hyper Terminal
(2) PNMT
(3) LCT
(4) PNMT j
Hyper Terminal and PNMT were for Paso link whereas LCT and PNMT j were for
NEO
Equipment.
I can also handle the AC, DG and CW issues.
I have attended O&M Management Training for Team leaders.
• RTN (huawei microwave), Huawei MUX(OSN equipment)
 And UFONE cow (BTS on wheel) training.
