going to purchase his return ticket because he owed him $ 1,000.00 USD. He borrowed the money on his last trip to Jeddah. He also
stated that Mr.j Iwas waiting for him at the International arrival area. The Saudi Arabia Airline Rep (Maha Taonous)
•went to the teqninaJ to locate M j J ^ : I however he couldn't be found. Then the subject provided Mrl ""Itclephone number,
] I contacted Mr.| Knd he staled that he was in Lincoln, Nebraska. He received a call from) ""{mother
yesterday 08/09/01 and she informed him that he was inbound to the USA on Saudia Arabia flight # 55 from Jeddah, JFK, ORL
arriving at Orlando, FL on 08/10/01. However he slated that they changed the plan, they were supposed to wait for his arrival into
Orlando and then he was to contact them for the travel arrangements to be made. He was planning a trip to Orlando bul it will take
two to three days to drive to Orlando. He wants for! |to wait for him at the Airport. I explained that was not possible, it was
not proper for us to admit a passenger with out sufficient money aod no return ticket. This officer explained toj [that the
subject could not stay at the Airport with out enough money for two days without any guaranty that he would be met.

allowed to withdraw his application for admission, and an 1-275 was executed. Subject departed on 8/11/2001 at
1750,hours to Jeddah from Washington DC on Saudia Airlines flight SV 40..

inadmissible pursuant to 8 CFR 217.4 are not entitle to a hearing before an immigration judge.
