Is not fair the LULAC lawyer, instructed by Moram sent a letter in which directly indicates that President Dovalina is guilty of all charges, it looks like an expulsion by default

Yes, I cannot go into the disccusion in executive session, it is confidential. It is so that persons can speak freely and have open discussions.

The board decided that it was not in the best interest of LULAC to expell LULAC Past President Dovalina and Distinguished LULAC Board Member. We reached a compromise that will allow both sides to have a win-win. Mr. Dovalina will conduct himself in behavior more fitting to a Past president. He will still be a board member and is allowed to express himself as he wishes, as long as he remains professional. What the board found and believed: The board believed the time to prepare a defense was to short (10 days or less). Futhermore, if 10 or 7 days is enough, we are all subject to removal that much easier. The board believed the charges did not rise to the level of expulsion. As with all issues, discipline should be measured in progressive steps. oral counseling, written counseling, reprimand, suspenion and finally expulsion. Thank you for your observation. Unfortunately, it takes more than just a good man to run for President. Until, enough people request that I run. I am content to serve LULAC in my current postion. Information is available, if asked. Baldo Mr. Baldo

Are you in the liberty of tell what was the final decision or sanction. You are a good man, maybe you should run for National President. Thanks On Tue, Oct 8, 2013 at 9:07 AM, Baldomero Garza <baldogarza@yahoo.com> wrote:

Dear Honor a la verdad: Yes, I tried as much to keep our Past President Dovalina from be expelled. I believe we succeeded.

We must follow the constitution. We cannot just rely on it when it is convenient. Baldo -------------------------------------------On Sat, 9/28/13, En Honor A La Verdad <honoralaverdadlulac@gmail.com> wrote:
