Introduction:

The real experience.

It is a fashion and a life style magazine focused on the youth. This magazine is based on the slogan for the youth, by the youth. It has been produced by young teams capturing the needs and interest of the Nepali youth, published every month on the first of Nepali month. Navyaata means newness.

Power of two(random couples share their secrets to long term relationships or successful marriages) Navya loves(about the foods and cuisines in Nepal) Style guide(talks about the branded apparels and companies) Fashion feature(pictures with models and dresses promoting a certain retail apparel shop) Under the lens(here readers are invites to send their photography and the best gets published in the magazine) Make a wish(street kids are approached and asked for their wish as the navyaata team puts efforts on fulfilling them) Four Friday( all the events n night parties held during the whole Fridays of the month is published along with the photos) Movie review picks( details about the now showings or next changes of movies) Other articles according to the seasons, occasions, festival, etc.

REACH OF LOCAL FASHION: Navyaata magazine has also focused on the local fashion and has tried to influence and promote the Nepali designers as well the Nepali retail apparel shops. This helps in the readers and fashion conscious people to decide what to wear and where to shop. This magazine also helps in giving the information about the new fashion designers so that people could know them.

HOW THE MAGAZINE WORKS:


As navyaata is a fashion magazine which is basically focused on youths, they obviously will target those news and events that has to do with the youths like night parties, events, fashion shows, movies, entertainment, love guides and issues,etc. So, all the staffs here are trained to collect key news and the attention grabbing activities from the public which can be published in their magazine. Readers can also subscribe the site of thismagazine in order to get the latest updates about the magazine. The editor is always at the top, which means he/she runs the magazine. The creative director is a right hand man of the editor,as they have a lot of inputon how the magazinelooks and use theircreative vision to make the magazine come to life on the pages. The feature team in-charge of taking on writers block and beating it with an unbreakable, awesome force of clever words and ideas. They are often seen tapping away furiously at their computer keyboards. The subs teams correct every sneaky comma and strangely worded sentence before it goes through to the art desk. They are often seen eradicating mistakes with the biggest of grins. The another team is fashion and beauty team , they usually dont play dress up all day , they run to press events, shooting for the magazine or speaking to PRs. The art and pictures team are often seen browsing through galleries and supervising photo-shoots.
