APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE PTD OR COPY OF PTD OF PLOT KHASRA NO.1134 SITUATED AT GANDHI PARK LAHORE.

Respectfully Sheweth:
1. That the present applicants Mst. Rubina Amir Begum and Mst. Rashida Begum purchased through auction evacuee plot bearing khasra No.1134 situated in Gandhi Park Lahore on 21.07.1961. The auction was approved on 05.09.1961 and on compliance of the requirements. PTO was issued in the name of the applicants. That the copies of PTO, auction proceedings bank challans and all other relevant documents which are necessary for kind and just decision are attached herewith.
2. That the permanent Transfer Deed (PTD) in respect of the Plot mentioned

above was to be issued in the name of the applicants for which the applicants executed a Power of Attorney in favor of their real brother Mirza Manzoor Ahmed Baig as the applicant No1was residing at Peshawar and applicants No2was residing at Bahawalpur. Unfortunately applicants

brother expired all of sudden and since the applicants do not have of PTD or copy of PTD of the above mentioned property.
3. That the applicants have tried their best to get P.T.D or copy thereof by

filing many applications but to of no avail. The applicants were left with no alternative but to file a Writ Petition bearing No 2-R of 2007in Lahore High Court Lahore. 4. That the present application is being filed on the directions of Lahore High Court Lahore vide order dated 25.08.2010 in the said Writ Petition for redressal of the applicants grievance within 3 months of the filing of the present application. It is therefore humbly prayed that the PTD or copy of the PTD of the property bearing Khasra No.1134 Gandhi Park, Lahore may kindly be released/issued in favour of present applicants.
