Project Title: Study & analysis of the functioning of an education software company with focus on consumer behavior on the whole. 1) Introduction In Every individuals life, education play important role to achieve something better in life. It helps to get proper & systematic knowledge about all the aspects & practical things. The knowledge acquired through school. Todays world is of technology oriented. Everyone wants to have easy technology. Educational point of view student should get more knowledge through technology in easy way and this is being provided by E-disha infotech from their software i.e. Edulight. In this software they provide all interactive audio video lectures, question bank, educational games and summary of SSC board base syllabus for the student. To know the consumer behavior about the E-learning in education E-disha conducts a research to enter in particular area and as a part of this I was done summer internship for two months as a market researcher in different area of Mumbai. From this research company could gather the detailed views and expectation towards E-learning. Which help to develop the company, sustain in the market and move forward in future.

2) Scope of the study i) The study of consumer behavior helps to know the consumers views, perception and expectations and what they actually need in e-leaning education software from E-disha. ii) Each consumer expect to get more from e-learning. Their views are more important to company to develope and do effective changes in software. 3) Importance & objective of the study. i) Study help to know consumers awareness about e-learning. ii)It helps to understand consumers need, expectations about educational software. iii)The research provides positive or negative response from the consumer to E-lerning programme. iv) It helps to know what they want from E-disha. 4) Research Methodology a) Research Design : Descriptive research design b) Sampling: i) simple random sampling ii) sample size: 400 iii) sample area: Mumbai region
