Please following the step below for the First time setting your Ms Outlook : 1. Open your Ms Outlook and then you will see like this

6. Please fill in the data as below: User Information Your Name : E-mail Address : Server Information Account Type Incoming mail server

(real name) your email (firstname.lastname@resindori.com)

: :

POP3 mail.resindori.com mail.resindori.com

Outgoing mail server(SMTP) : Logon Information Username Password : :

your email (firstname.lastname@resindori.com) Password123(default)

To change password you can visit http://mail.resindori.com/webmail and login with your (firstname.lastname@resindori.com) and Password123 for the pass.

After you finish fill the information,klik Outgoing Server :

Klik : My outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication and klik advance, see Outgoing server you must be ( 587 ) kemudian klik. OK.

8. After you finish fill the information, I suggest you to confirm the configuration with click Test Account Settings button, and then you will see like this
