PVT Estimate and ECP Result differ significantly, with different
outcome (PVT would have independent win while ECP has PML-Q
winning)
Although the PVT sample size was relatively small (18 polling
stations) due to security, inclement weather, and access, they show
approximately 40 % of the vote for the independent candidate and
30% for the PMLQ candidate, while the ECP result has the PMLQ
candidate with 37%, enough to beat the independent candidate.
ECP Polling Station Results would permit verification of the ECP
result
