Lesson Summary The teacher starts the lesson by showing a video clip to the students on how to make a fruit salad. After that, the students will be asked orally what fruits are mentioned in the video. The students should be able to identify all of the fruits with the aid of the pictures. Then, the students will be given worksheet 1, which is to fill the numerals in word form. This will be done based on the video clip. Next, the students will be given a jumbled up set of instruction. The students will have to rearrange the instruction and rewrite it in the correct order. Then, the students will be given worksheet 2, which requires them to fill in the blanks by referring to the answer box and the instruction in Set 1. The students will also have to rewrite the instruction in making a vegetable salad. Finally, the teacher will conclude the lesson by stating the importance of eating healthy food.

Pre-writing (10 minutes)

The students then will be shown a video on how to make a fruit salad. The students will be then asked orally to identify all of the fruits needed to make a fruit salad based on the video. The students should be able to identify all the fruits with the aid of pictures.

Writing (25 minutes)

The students will be given a worksheet to fill in numbers for each tools and ingredients needed to make fruit salad. After that, the students will be divided into six groups and will be given a set of jumbled up instruction. They will have to rearrange the sequence and rewrite the instruction in the correct order.
