She is also a good mediator since she has worked on different work environments, with different type of people, young and old nurses, trained or untrained, doctors with different medical speciality, and that required a particular approach for each and every one of them in the process of goal achievement, and working in a multicultural team will be a challenge for her.. She is constantly aware of people's reactions, extremely knowledgeable of group behaviour and dynamics, permanently focusing on interaction and communication with the others.
