Basuki Wants Koko Cici to be Jakartas Representative for Foreign Tourists

Koko Cici Jakarta meet and greet with Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama Wednesday (28/8/2013), Koko Cici Jakarta organized a meeting with the Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ir. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, M.M. In the meeting, the vice governor mentioned that it was best for the Koko Cici Jakarta to use their role as the Tourism Ambassador of DKI Jakarta, For example, they can accompany foreign tourists or guests coming to Jakarta to introduce tourisms sites in Jakarta, especially if some of the ambassadors can speak various languages such as Chinese, German, Friench, etc. Basuki also stated that it was unfortunate that all this time the Koko Cicis role had not been maintained appropriately. KoCi and AbNon should have been asked not only to act as the dolls in display (the Pager Ayu) to greet the guests, but also as the ambassador of DKI Jakarta, said Ahok, hoping that the Tourism Department of DKI Jakarta would improve the roles of the ambassadors for the sake of Jakartas tourism development.
