Research work in management is extremely important as it given a close vital of real business world and bridges the gap between theory and practical. The projects was undertaken towards to partial fulfillment of tow years fulltime course conducted by Department of MBA to K.U.K. This really provided me an opportunity to

demonstrate my ability in applying theory to practical business situation. The study undertaken by me is PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF IPO of RELIGARE SECURITIES LTD. . This report also cover a survey conducted in Delhi to know the views of clients of Religare Securities Ltd..
