This Shaykh Hassan bin Farhan al Maliki is an old friend of Rawafidh, and the Muslims dont give him 1% credibility in the science of hadith. Now lets turn our attention to whether this version of hadith thaqalayn is weak or not. The Prophet (saww) said : , ; I have left among you two things after which none of you will go astray; the Book of Allah and my Sunnah, and they will never separate until they return to me at the pond. This version of hadith thaqalayn is present in the following books. Mustadrak al Hakim Kinzul Ummal by Ali al Muttaqi al hindi Mishkat al Masabih by Tibrizi Jami al Saghir by Imam Suyuti Sunan by Imam Darqutni Sunan al Kubra by Imam Baihaqi (two different asnaad) Muwatta by Imam Malik al-aitqad by Abul Qasim al Targheeb by Ibn Shaheen Imam Hakim has graded it sahih, Imam Dhahabi remained silent in talkhis so it shows his approval, and Shaikh Albani and Ibn Hazm (in al ahkam) also authenticated it. Abu Abdallah (a.s.) has said, Everything must be referred to the holy Quran and the Sunnah al Kafi, Vol. 1, p. 69

Majlisi has graded it sahih This sahih tradition from al-kafi shows that even the traditions of ahlelbayt should be referred to Quran and Sunnah, so from this,we learn that sunnah is the primary thing, and ahlelbayts narration is to be verified with the sunnah. If it is in agreement with the sunnah, we should accept it, otherwise, we should discard the sayings of ahlelbayt as well since the primary thing is Quran and Sunnah.

Salam Alaykum, I just wanted to mention one thing, which is that even if some of the Ulama have taken this exact narration as weak, they would still say that the meaning is definitely proven by, among other things, the clear Quranic Ayaat. So there is no proof against them for this matter, since following the Sunnah is established by the

Tawaatur of the Quranic Ayahs (at the very least, if we were to give the greatest lenience to the Shias in this respect).

Well using only half the text is your old trick to prove your points . Al-Kafi Vol. 1 H 199 Ch. 22 H 3 . A number of our people has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from his father from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Yahya al-Halab from Ayyub ibn al-Hurr who has said the following. Abu Abdallah (a.s.) has said, Everything must be referred to the holy Quran and the Sunnah, the noble traditions of the holy Prophet (s.a.) and any Hadith that does not agree with the holy Quran it is a useless statement. . Here the sunnah is not specified. The motive was only to tell people not to do such things which have wrongly attributed to Prophet(s.a.w.w) and his sunnah.

How come you arrive at the conclusion that Sunnah is not specified here? The word Sunnah is clearly mentioned in this shia hadith, what more specification does it require? And how come you arrive at the conclusion that its motive was only to tell people not to do such things which have wrongly attributed to Prophet (s.a.w.w) and his sunnah? Your explanations are ridiculous and totally wishful thinking, nothing else.

First of all A big laughter . 2nd a question Why didnt you moderated/accepted my other two comments and replayed them . 3rd I know all this because this text is from my book . 4th Sunnah doesnt only mean you people or Ahl-e-Sunnah or your group Sunnah is the ways of the Prophet(s.a.w.w) and He(s.a.w.w) was our prophet also. So there is no need to get over-excited our this text. And our sources of sunnah practices are also different and I give 100% surety that we perform and act upon the sunnah more than the people who call them Ahl-e-Sunnah We pray 51 rakaat in 24 hours 17 farz and 34 sunnah while you only pray 34 rakaat in 24 hours 17 farz and 17 sunnah In similar way many other things prove that Shia are the real Ahl-e-Sunnah . Clearly, no one is suggesting that the Sunnah of the Prophet(s.a.w.w) should not be followed. The Prophet(s.a.w.w) Wished For The Muslims To Refer To His Ahl-ul-Bait(a.s) As A Reliable, Pure And Inerrant Source For His Sunnah

There are four sources of abov Hadith.All the hadiths contain weak narrators Jus giving one ref:In mustadrak al hakim..It contains a weak a narrator in its chain Abu Uways read(al hafiz al mazzis Tahdib Al Kamal vol:3 page:127) 2. (ibn hajr Asqalani fatah al bari Sharah Sahih bukhari page: 391, )dar al maref print. More over.. khibal AllaH wa Itrahti Ahlulbaiti is a MUTAWATIR hadith narrated by more than 20 COMPANIANS.read#sawaiq Al muhriq.

For Tradition of Al Kafi Read this u vl get to kno the actual meaning of word SUNNAH there: .. I asked Imam abu Abd Allah, recipient of divine supreme covenant, about the differences in Hadith narrated from people whom we trust and also from people we do not trust. The Imam replied, If you find a Hadith with evidence in the Holy Quran to support it or a Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (you may follow it) . OTHERWISE, you follow the one that has come to you through the trustworthy narrator . Source: Al-Kulaynee, Al-Kaafi, vol. 1, ch. 22, pg. 69, hadeeth # 2
