Day 1 - Friday 30th November Long term parking available at Brisbane Airport. 12:10pm Virgin airlines flight departs from Brisbane Airport. VA1117 01:50pm Virgin airlines flight lands at Prospine Airport. After collecting baggage, proceed to Hertz Car collection centre to collect hire car. Drive to Airlie Beach Big 4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort. There is a Woolworths in walking distance and restaurants. There are also BBQs around the resort. http://www.adventurewhitsunday.com.au Day 2 Sunday 1st December Breakfast in villa. Today can be a day of rest. You can unpack and get comfortable. Activities at the resort are: (some have a fee, prices available on arrival) Peddle Karts Jumping Pillow Swimming Movie under the stars Playground Sports (tennis, basketball, golf) Poolside massage

Day 3 Monday 2nd December Today you can drive to Bowen for a day trip using the hire car you collected from the Prospine Airport. The things to see and do at Bowen are: http://www.tourismbowen.com.au/ The Big Mango Bowens History Murals Summer garden theatre Golf Mullers lagoon And many more. This could be an allday event, or a half day event. Whatever suits best. Dinner again could be in your villa or at a local restaurant.

Day 4 Tuesday 3rd December Today is the Great Barrier Reef Adventures Cruise ALL DAY, with Cruise Whitsundays. http://www.cruisewhitsundays.com/gbra.asp x#prices Free courtesy coach pick up from resort at 7: 50am. Cruise leaves 8:00am returns 6:00pm. Lunch is provided. Wet - suits and snorkel gear is provided. Dinner again could be in your villa, at BBQ or at a restaurant.

Day 6 Thursday 5th December Today is the Whitsunday Crocodile Safari! See crocodiles in their natural habitat on Proserpine River, on the fully guided Whitsunday Crocodile Safari. For dinner you can choose to go out for dinner, have a BBQ or just have a casual family dinner in the villa.

The Whitsunday Crocodile Safari will pick you up from the resort at 9:00am and will drop you off after the safari. This includes a BBQ lunch in far e price. This event is a FULL DAY event! Again for dinner you can choose to go out for dinner or get something from Woolworths and eat in the villa.

Day 7 Friday 6th December Today is the Ocean Rafting! An exhilarating ride to Whitehaven Beach, snorkelling reefs and guided Whitsunday Island National Parks walks. Their semi rigid inflatable vessels are super-fast allowing you to experience a fun ride. Here are the main tips:

Day 8 Saturday 7th December Today is a day of rest. You can sit back, relax and just do anything you want to do for one of your last days just spending it at the resort. Again here are the things that you could do: Peddle Karts Jumping Pillow Swimming Movie under the stars Playground Sports (tennis, basketball, golf) Poolside massage

The courtesy bus will pick you up before 10:00am. Departs 10:00am, Returns 4:30pm. Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea is provided. Tropical buffet lunch at Whitehaven beach (optional) Dinner as usual, villa, BBQ or restaurant.

Tonight for dinner at any restaurant of your choice.

Day 10 Monday 9th December Today you can go out for a nice breakfast at one of the local restaurants. And then be ready to go on a beach cruise at 11:40am.

The flight includes all the best parts of the local islands including Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet, and then takes you over one of the greatest natural wonders in the world, Great Barrier Reef. Our signature flight includes Heart Reef, Bait Reef, Hardy Reef and Hook Reef.

Cruise the 74 islands of the Whitsundays. 1 to 2 hours at the southern end of Whitehaven beach. Guided cruise. Courtesy bus will pick you up from the resort at 11:45am. Departs at 11:50am and returns at 6:20pm.

Dinner tonight can be anything you choose!

Dinner can be at the villa or at restaurant tonight.

Day 11 Tuesday 10th December Today is a leisure day! You can do things at the resort that you havent gotten the chance to do yet, you can go into Airlie and do shopping you can just do anything that you really want to do. You might even want to use your car to go somewhere. Also today you might want to go shopping to Woolworths because there is really nowhere to buy items that you might need at Day Dream Island. And for dinner try to do something easy to that you can leave before 10:00am to get the first cruise across to Day Dream Island. Also today is the day that the car hire runs out. You have to return it to Abel Point Marina.

Day 12 Wednesday 11th December Today you are saying good-bye to Airlie Beach Big 4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort because you are heading over to Day Dream Island to spend the last three nights of your holiday there. Cruise departs Able Point Marina at 9:45am and will arrive at Day Dream Island at 10:15am. Check in to Day Dream Island Resort and SPA. Garden Balcony Room with full buffet breakfast. Transfers to island are included in accommodation cost. Day 15 Saturday 15th December Today you are leaving Day Dream Island, going back to Abel Point, getting a TAXI to Prospine Airport and then catching your flight back to Brisbane Airport. Your ferry from Day Dream to Abel Point departs at 1:00pm and will arrive at Abel Point at 1:30pm. TAXIs are available from Abel Point. Make your way to Prospine Airport. Your Virgin airlines flight departs Prospine Airport at 3:55pm and will arrive at Brisbane Airport at 5:20pm. VA1116.
