Thanh Vinh Company, founded in Ho Chi Minh City on Feb 04 1991, is the leading company specializing in design, interior decoration and manufacture furniture for office, factory, school, hospital, and home in Viet Nam. More than 15 years of experience as the pioneer of interior contractor, Thanh Vinh has decorated successfully for many projects of well-known international and local clients.
As a consulting member of the quality team, I will write a report to Managing Director. In this report, I will analyses: 1. Systems to manage and monitor quality standards specified by the organization. 2. A quality culture to ensure continuous monitoring, evaluation and development of the process 3. The organizations objectives and goals and which result in improvements 4. The wider implications of proposed changes within the organization. 5. Risk assessments as required by legislation, regulation and organization requirements ensuring appropriate action is taken 6. That health and safety regulations and legislation applicable in specific work situations are correctly and effectively applied 7. A systematic review of organization health and safety policies and procedures in order to ensure they are effective and compliant 8. Systems to manage and monitor quality standards specified by the organization "Quality Management System (QMS) is the organized structure of responsibilities, activities, resources and events that together provide procedures and methods of implementation to ensure the capability of an organization to meet quality requirements" (Course book, 2010:127)
Apply QMS for System to monitoring: The systems to monitoring are build by the leader of Thanh Vinh. The internal organization of Thanh Vinh will rely on the standard of company to monitor the process and quality policy. Then, the leader conduct internal audit with planned intervals to evaluate the quality system. And the period is defined to assess about 6 months and they apply the method assessing bias. (Please see more appendix 1)
Total Quality Management (TQM) as a management approach of an organization centered on quality, based on the participation of all its members aiming at long-term success. This is achieved through customer satisfaction and benefits to all members of the organization and to society (Course book, 2010: 135)
Apply TQM for System to manage: The CEO of Thanh Vinh set up the objective of Quality policy and Quality Objective. Besides that, CEO develop the policy of quality to become the culture of company and ensure that every employees in company who understand and abide by the quality policy. With the objective follow to the need of customers and always satisfy customers with high-quality, safe, and diverse products, the best service and competitive prices. the organization apply the quality controlling from standard ISO 9001:2008 to control the quality from the standard of government and the world. A quality culture to ensure continuous monitoring, evaluation and development of the process Thanh Vinh is a company to business about the furniture for the people in the market. We know that furniture is very necessary for the human but the quality of products is more important, it makes decision that make Thanh Vinh viable. Base on that, Thanh Vinh always gathers to the quality police their productions. But, Thanh Vinh want to have the culture of quality, they must set up the quality police for their organization and build the highest target which directed toward an owner goal of company. The board of directorate carries out to set up the plan of controlling the quality in their organization. They will show the standards of quality and make them become the police quality of company. The police about the quality of Thanh Vinh directed toward through the needs of customer in the market. Besides that, they conduct survey the taste of customer how to get the feedback of customers about their products, analyze the data from survey and set the quality police from that data. However, the quality police have to be communicated to the entire department and ensure that all of employees have to understand about the goal and take employees advice. They will communicate the police from employees by the meeting, mail or banner in the area of Thanh Vinh Company. Moreover, they managers have the responsibility to training their staffs how to understand and use this quality police. The leader of Thanh Vinh will build the objective of quality in the organization, beside that they ensure the objective of quality have to carry out in all of department relevant functions and levels in Thanh Vinh Company. The quality control department of Thanh Vinh have the responsibility to control the numbers of fail production and assess the quality of products before these batch of goods are moved to the customers. They carry out the quality to rely on the standard of Thanh Vinh. The Thanh Vinh organization has to choose a person in the board of directorate who has the responsibility to assess the quality police, this is a management representative. This manager has to ensure the processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. Base on this, the manager is able to apply the process in controlling the quality of organization, the quality police include about the sanitation standard in the warehouse, the standard in the production, the infrastructure and equipment managing. Besides that, manager improves the plan of quality police to become simple and easy to understand and get the high effects for organization. And the manager has to total their analyzing in the report to show the statement for board of directorate (2 months). Moreover, manager of quality controlling must assess the standard of furniture in the production, it is important responsibility. Besides this, manager ensures that all of

Besides that, the Thanh Vinh have to get the planning to ensure continuous monitoring, evaluation and development of the process. Thanh Vinh want to improve the quality of product, they should show the method to find out the area which need to improve and looking for the mistake in the tasks of staffs. Base on this, Thanh Vinh show the recommend improvement of organization about the production and the quality of products. The first, the organization has to control the products which do not achieve the standard of quality. From this, the organization of Thanh Vinh ensures that product which does not conform to product requirements is identified and controlled to prevent its unintended use or delivery. In fact, they show the clear methods to control the products quality. Thanh Vinh ensure the products which are not suitable with the quality standard of Thanh Vinh, they will be isolated, and avoid to the customers, after that the fall products will be rejected by the technology. With the modern technology tackle the fall products, they ensure that the fall products do not influence the environment and the life of people near here. With the products have the small fall and do not influence to the brand name of Thanh Vinh. They can ask the ideal of customer about these products with the document. This is authorizing its use, release or acceptance under concession by the customer.
Besides the controlling the products and nonconforming products, Thanh Vinh Company have the police to orient the customers in the market, it can help Thanh Vinh to get many effects such as: o Attract more customers o Make more profit for Thanh Vinh Company, besides that, they can meet the needs of other stakeholder: Investors, government. o Employees: High salary, good welfare, good work environment Base on that, Thanh Vinh should satisfy two problems follow as:

Solving customers feedbacks include two kinds. These are good feedback and bad feedback: For the good feedback, Thanh Vinh can take full advantage of marketing. From that, the products will be promoted by the customers to their family and friend. Besides that, the organization can have the opportunity to innovate more positive. And the bad feedback, Thanh Vinh has to find out the original reasons which make the mistake for their products and how to influence with customers. After that, Thanh Vinh will show the plan to control and improve the root cause and solving. This is the form of innovation. (Please see more appendix 3)
The wider implications of proposed changes within the organisation The Thanh Vinh is the big company in Vietnam. They product and provide the furniture products for people in country. The brand name of Thanh Vinh is going to develop about the quality and numbers of products. Manufacturing furniture at Viet Nam through the latest machines imported from Germany, Italy and Japan. Besides that, following the needs of market which are directed toward the needs and life of society. Nowadays, the development of life, many families do just want to be perfect in home and looking for the comfort and convenience of the furniture. But not always the product on the market to meet customer needs. Therefore, Thanh Vinh know their needs and technical design the Process Engineering for products to meet customer. So, the new processing chain involves technological change Thanh Vinh Company. In other words, the organization of Thanh Vinh always change about the structure of organization, technology and culture of organization, it help them to control and get use to change of market and get the best effect for company.

Risk assessments as required by legislation, regulation and organisational requirements ensuring appropriate action is taken For every company in the market, they always care about the risk in operation. Thanh Vinh Company is like that, they set up the process to control and monitor the standards in organization. Besides that, Thanh Vinh build the police about the quality in production and operation, they ensure that their products always get the best quality and lowest risk for the labor. In other words, Thanh Vinh Co. will carry out the risk assessment. And following that, we have the definition of rick and hazard: Hazard is something with the potential to cause harm. it could be a substance, a piece of machinery, an activity, the building itself or the method of work Risk is the chance, high or low, that somebody will harmed by the hazard Following the method, Thanh Vinh have five steps to assess the risk, it includes:1 Step 1: looking for the jazard Step 2: decide who might be hazard and how Step 3: evaluate the risks Step 4: record the finding, inform affected employees Step 5: review the assessment. That health and safety regulations and legislation applicable in specific work situations are correctly and effectively applied In business, all of company care about the health and safety regulations and legislation applicable in specific work. Thanh Vinh apply the police about the need of worker and employees in the organization how to make the secure for their employees everywhere and every time.

This law satisfies the labour about the health and safety when they do their job. Base on that, they have to review the organizations OH&S management system, it include the OH&S policies to ensure that are effective and that they comply with the appropriate legislation and regulations. However, they should review the system how to make the best quality, every six month; they are going to text the quality and show the new method. They can apply the form of meeting to find out the mistake and move this problem to the top management to have the way controlling. But to control the system of process Thanh Vinh set up the plan to manage the input of company. (Please see more appendix 5)
III. Conclusion
In this report, I give the precaution and preventive measures for employees in Thanh Vinh. Thanh Vinh Co. can reduce accidents, increase standards and efficiency; realize, manage and control risk; improve employee/employer relations and maximum use of resources. This report also presents clearly the plan of Thanh Vinh for health and safety regulations and legislation,

Appendix 1: Apply QMS for System to monitoring The systems to monitoring are build by the leader of Thanh Vinh. The internal organization of Thanh Vinh will rely on the standard of company to monitor the process and quality policy. Then, the leader conduct internal audit with planned intervals to evaluate the quality system. And the period is defined to assess about 6 months and they apply the method assessing bias. However, to ensure the high objective existence the organization will carry out the external audit. Thanh Vinh will audit by an external certification body or organization to make sure that the company ensure the quality standards. The period is defined to assess about 12 months. Besides that, Thanh Vinh has to monitor and assess the customers satisfaction. The organization can use the survey to know the information from customers or their feedback. Moreover, Thanh Vinh can analyze the profit and loss in their income statement to know the situation business of company. from all of data such as: internal and external audit or the feedback of customers , Thanh Vinh Company will analyze and base on these information Thanh Vinh will set up the planning to improve the problem and develop the effects better. Appendix 3: Thanh Vinh should have the planning to build customer complaint control process how to make the belief and improve their products. Thanh Vinh can have the feedback of customers through the survey, the direct feedback, internet, phone and the letter of customer. After Thanh Vinh solve the problems about the customers. They will continue to find out the root cause in the organization and solving the problems. The root cause will be excluded to improve, besides that avoids the problems repeating. Base on that, organization will carry out investigation internal in Thanh Vinh Company. The first, organization will investigate cause of non-conformity. In that, it has two kinds of the causes, it includes: The customers cannot understand the methods used products or they use the products which do not follow the process of products, it makes the problem for the products. Therefore, the causes

Appendix 4: Besides the theory, Thanh Vinh find out their risk in operation following 5 steps to assess the risk: Looking for the hazard Base on the operation of company, Thanh Vinh can see the risks. Finding risks are very important for their work, they can set up the clear plane to control the risks and it will help Thanh Vinh reduce the problems in workplace. Moreover, look for hazard that could cause injury or affect several people. it is important to ask and involve all employees, as they know what happens on a dayto-day basis Decide who might be harmed and how Thanh Vinh will consider how many people might be harmed and how severe the worst-case scenario would be. The more people in danger and the more serious the accident, the more important the control become. Include specific group of people such as young worker, trainees, or pregnant women they may need extra consideration

Appendix 5: The first of all, Thanh Vinh has to look for their mistake in the operation, they will send the document about the problem to manager who have responsibility. From this the top managers will build the methods to timely decision for action and improve. Besides that, the information of problems will be maintain and control carefully. Besides that, Thanh Vinh should make the preventive measure and overcome. After that, the managers will assess input of organization and the results of internal audits and evaluations of compliance with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organization subscribes. Moreover, they will check the external information such as communication from external interested parties and complaints. They show the plan to solve the complaints of staffs and stakeholder. In other words, Thanh Vinh will monitor the OH&S performance of the organization, they analyze the extent to which policies have been met and control the status of incident investigations, corrective actions and preventive actions. The next step, top manger will exchange with the society by the media. They will show the way to control and improve how to be the most suitable. Base on all of way and methods to solve, the top managers will know the result of health and safety standard for Thanh Vinh Company. They can decision the output, but they have to know how to perform OH&S police and where the resources are.
