This rate is available to consumers in all areas served by the Utility. APPLICABILITY This rate is applicable for lighting, power and miscellaneous electric service, and for residences where the residence is an integral part of a commercial establishment. Service to more than one premises shall not be combined, nor shall it be shared with or resold to others. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Single-phase or three-phase, 60 Hertz, at available primary or secondary voltages. MONTHLY RATE PART I For consumers when the monthly metered demand is less than 50kW. CUSTOMER CHARGE: $15.75 per customer; plus CHARGE FOR ENERGY: 10.52 per kWh for all kWhs MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL PART I ONLY In consideration of readiness to furnish electric service, the minimum monthly bill shall not be less than $15.75, plus applicable taxes. ADJUSTMENT FOR PRIMARY SERVICE PART I ONLY The monthly charges shall be reduced by five (5) percent whenever the consumer furnishes all required transformation facilities supplied from distribution lines. PART II For consumers when the monthly metered demand is equal to or more than 50kW, or the monthly billing demand is equal to or more than 38kW.

$6.554 per kW for the first 1,000 kW; plus $6.254 per kW for all over 1,000 kW ENERGY CHARGE 7.87 per kWh for the first 300,000 kWh or less consumed per month; plus 6.52 per kWh for all over 300,000 kWh consumed per month DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND PART II ONLY This kilowatt demand shall be based on the consumers maximum integrated fifteen (15) minute demand during each service month, providing such demand shall not be less than 75% of the maximum demand established during any of the eleven (11) preceding months, and in no case shall such demand be less than 75% of the capacity required to be maintained. MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL PART II ONLY In consideration of readiness to furnish electric service, the minimum monthly bill shall not be less than $300.00, nor less than charges provided under Determination of Demand above. ADJUSTMENT FOR PRIMARY SERVICE PART II ONLY The monthly charges shall be reduced by 20 cents per kW of billing demand whenever the consumer furnishes all required transformation facilities supplied from distribution lines, but application of this adjustment shall not reduce any monthly minimum bill to an amount less than $300.00. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LOW POWER FACTOR PART II ONLY The bill calculated at the above rate shall be increased in the amount of thirty cents (30) per month per kVA of capacity requirements in excess of the kVA of capacity corresponding to a power factor of ninety percent (90%). The excess kVA to which such charge applies shall be determined by dividing the maximum kW capacity recorded in the current billing month by 0.90 and subtracting the results from the kVA capacity requirements at the time of occurrence of such maximum kW capacity.

Bills for service rendered hereunder are payable on or before the past due date, which is intended to be no less than fourteen (14) days from date the bill is rendered. Bills not paid within such period shall be considered as delinquent, and subject to service charges as set forth in the Utilitys rules and regulations. TAX PROVISIONS In the event any privilege, license, franchise, use, occupational, or other similar tax is imposed upon the Utility by any governmental authority, either Federal, State, or local, in excess of those in effect on October 1, 2005, there shall be added to the above rates and charges an amount calculated on a pro-rata basis sufficient to recover any such tax or taxes. GENERAL The amount calculated at the above rate will be increased or decreased under the provisions of the Utilitys Rate ECA (Energy Cost Adjustment) by applying the effective Energy Cost Adjustment factor. This rate schedule supercedes and replaces Rate Classification 604 Sixth Revised Sheet dated November 1, 2007, and applies to all billing rendered for single-phase or three-phase general electric service on or after March 1, 2012, and shall continue from month to month until rescinded. TERM OF CONTRACT Service under this classification shall be for an initial period of one (1) year, and thereafter from month to month until terminated by six (6) months written notice by either party to the other.
