E-Municipality Corporation

Overview:
Currently Chhattisgarh Government is running their websites on municipal related information for various cities of Chhattisgarh. These websites provide all the information regarding various area such as Form A, Form C, Nirashrit Aavedak, Ration Card and many more. These sites provide only the downloading facility for various forms but there is no provision for online submission of that forms.

Challenges:
Following online facilities can be incorporated in the existing facility: 1. Payment of property tax 2. Payment of water bills 3. Issue of senior citizens cards 4. Issues of Birth & Death Certificate 5. Domestic servant registration 6. Ration card 7. Public health & sanitations 8. Complaints filing 9. Tender Registration 10. Wards Cleaning & development issues Implementation of the above e-procedures will enhance the services of municipal corporation.
