for tapping a new 11 KY cable for the purpose of providing a new
connection from an existing cable.
Data Acquisition compatible, extensible type Ring Main Unit 4,33,200
(RMU) with VCB- C T C (E) (Cable-Transformer-Cable). This is
meant for tapping (T-type) from an existing 11 KY cable directly
to a Transformer, for releasing a new connection.
Data Acquisition compatible, extensible, add-on type Ring Main 2,99,800
Unit (RMU) without VCB (Single Switch (-Extension). This is
meant for extending 11 KY from an existing RMU (item 1 or 2) for

releasing a new connection.
Data Acquisition compatible, extensible, add-on type Ring Main
Unit (RMU) with VCB (Single Switch T- Extension). This is meant
for extending 11 KYcable from an RMU directly to a new
_J Transformer for releasing supply tea consumer.
Data Acquisition compatible, extensible type Ring Main
with provision for isolation and earthing facitlity on both sides
(GCG). This is used when an independent feeder is to be drawn
for releasing supply to a consume1. The RMU is to be located at
the outgoing end of the Sub Station, with earthing facility on both
incoming and out going sides.
