FLOOR / EQUIPMENT IS NOT EVEN,
TURN THE ADJ USTABLE- END CAP(D2)

STEP 1.CONNECT THE SENSOR WIRE(A15) AND THE COMPUTER CABLE(B4)
STEP 2.EQUIP THE CABLE OF TENSION CONTROL(B5) IN THE SLOT OF TENSION
CABLE PLASTIC BRACKET(A14) AS SHOWN IN ViewA- 1. FIT TOGETEHR THE
LARGE AND SMALL BRASS BARRELS AND TIGHTEN BY TURING WITH YOUR
FINGERS AS SHOWN IN ViewA- 2. IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE ViewA- 3.
STEP 3.ASSEMBLE SUPPORT TUBE(B) WITH THE BASE FRAME(A) BY BOLTS(B10),
STEP 4.EQUIP HANDLE BAR SUPPORT(E1) WITH CENTRAL SUPPORT(B) AND USE
WASHER(M7), END CAP(M8) AND SCREW(M9) TO FIX IT. THE SAME WAY
TO EQUIP E2.
SPRING WASHERS(B9) AND M8 WASHERS(B8).
ATTENTION:TAKE CARE WHEN PUSHING THE TUBES TOGETHER THAT THE CABLES
AND WIRES ARE NOT PINCHED.

STEP 1.ASSEMBLY THE SMALL HANDLE BAR(G) WITH SMALL HANDLEBAR BRACKET
(B2), & SCREWS(B3).
STEP 2.SLIDE THE HAND PULSE SENSORS(G5) THROUGH THE HOLE OF SUPPORT
TUBE(B) AND GETTING OUT FROM THE TOP OF THE SUPPORT TUBE.

STEP 1.CONNECT THE SENSOR WIRES(B4 & G5) WITH THE COMPUTER(H).
STEP 2.ATTACH THE COMPUTER ON THE TOP OF THE SUPPORT TUBE AND THEN,
PUSH THE COMPUTER DOWNWARD AS DIRECTION 2.

ASSEMPLE HANDLE BAR(F1 & F2) WITH HANDLE BAR SUPPORT(E1 & E2) BY
SCREW(M6).
ATTENTION:THE HANDLES MUST BE POSITIONED AFTER ASSEMBLY SO THAT THE
UPPER ENDS ARE BENT OUTWARDS.
STEP 4. There are 15 setting to change the level of resistance. 1 is the
lightest tension setting. 15 is the heaviest tension setting.

STEP 1. EQUIP THE CONNECTION TUBE(A12) WITH THE HANDLE BAR SUPPORT
(E2) . ASSEMBLE THE HANDLE BAR SUPPORT WITH THE DECORATION
(K1 & K2) WITH THE SCREWS(M2) AND THEN FIX BY POP- PIN(M3).
STEP 2.THE SAME PROCEDURE AS LEFT SIDE.
THERE ARE 4 POSITION OF SIDE HANDLE BAR FOR DIFFERENT HEIGHT
ADJ USTING CHOICE BY POP- PIN(M3).

ASSEMBLE THE FOOTREST(L2) BY SCREW(M4) & NUT(M5). THERE ARE 3
SECTIONS ADJ USTING FOR THE MOVING TRACK. IF YOU FIND THE END CAP OF
THE FRONT TUBE AND REAR TUBE ARE NOT NESTLE AGAINST THE GROUND, YOU
CAN CHANGE THE ANGLE OF THE END CAP OF REAR TUBE(D2).

COMPUTER INSTRUCTION
KEY GUIDE
ENTER/RESET: 1. Select Iunction to be preset.
Sex-Height-Weight-Age-Time-Distance-Calorie-Pulse
2. Press this button to enter setting mode.
3. Press this button to conIirm the setting values.
4. Hold two seconds to reset all oI the values to zero.
5. Hold over 5 seconds, the display and Iunction will return to preset your personal
data Ior body Iat measuring.
PULSE RECOVERY: Press this button going into pulse recovery detecting.
MEASURE: Press this button going to measure your body Iat detecting. BeIore operating this
Iunction, you have to enter your personal data in monitor.
UP : 1. Increase the setting value oI the Iollowing Iunctions.
Sex-Height-Weight-Age-Time- Distance-Calorie-Pulse
2. Select Iunction and display on the main screen during exercise.
Scan-Time-Speed- Distance -Calorie -Pulse.
DOWN : 1. Decrease the setting value oI the Iollowing Iunctions.
Sex-Height-Weight-Age-Time- Distance-Calorie-Pulse
2. Select Iunction and display on the main screen during exercise.
Scan - Pulse-Calorie-Distance-Speed-Time.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. Please install 2 pieces oI AA or UM-3 batteries in the battery case on the back oI monitor.
2. Ensure that the batteries are correctly Iitted. Battery must be correctly positioned and make sure
the battery spring is properly contacted with battery.
3. II the display appears blank or display only partial segment, remove the batteries and wait 15
seconds, then replace.
4. Whenever remove batteries, all the Iunctions values will be reset to zero.
5. The batteries must be removed Irom the appliance beIore it is scrapped and that they are disposed
oI saIely.

FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS
AUTO ON/OFF
The monitor will wake up automatically iI the exercise machine is in motion. II stop exercising Ior
over 4 minutes, monitor will turn oII and reset all Iunction values to zero.
SCAN
Press the button oI UP or DOWN until the dot oI scanning Ilash on the screen. Monitor will
display the Iollowing Iunction and each Iunction will keep 6 seconds on the main screen.
TimeSpeed-DistanceCaloriePulse.
TIME
Press the button oI UP or DOWN until the dot oI TIME display on the screen. Monitor will display
the Time Iunction on the main screen. II you want to setup the value, please press the button oI
ENTER/RESET to TIME Iunction and press the UP or DOWN button to enter the value you want.
Count up:
Without setting the time value, the monitor will count up the time Irom 00:00~99:59.
Count down:
Setting the exercise time Irom 1:00~99:00 minutes, the monitor will count down Irom your setting
values. Once reach setting value, monitor will alarm.
SPEED
Press the button oI UP or DOWN until the dot oI SPEED display on the screen. Monitor will
display the current speed on the main screen. The monitor will display the current speed Irom 0.00
~ 99.9 Km or Mile.
DISTANCE
Press the button oI UP or DOWN until the dot oI DIST display on the screen. Monitor will
accumulate the distance trip. II you want to setup the value, please press the button oI
ENTER/RESET to DIST and press the UP or DOWN button to enter the value you want.
Count up:
Without setting the distance value, the monitor will count up the distance Irom 0.1~999.9Km or
Mile.
Count down:
Setting the exercise time Irom 1.0~999.0 Km or Mile, the monitor will count down Irom your
setting values. Once reach setting value, monitor will alarm.
CALORIE
Press the button oI UP or DOWN until the dot oI CAL display on the screen. Monitor will
accumulate the calorie consumption. II you want to setup the value, please press the button oI
ENTER/RESET to CAL and press the UP or DOWN button to enter the value you want.
Count up:
Without setting the distance value, the monitor will count up the distance Irom 0.1~999.0.
Count down:
Setting the exercise calorie Irom 1.0~999.0, the monitor will count down Irom your setting values.
Once reach setting value, monitor will alarm.
PULSE (Target Heart Rate)
Press the button oI UP or DOWN until the dot oI pulse display on the screen. The monitor will

display your current heart rate in beats per minute. II you want to setup the value, please press the
button oI ENTER/RESET to T.H.R. and press the UP or DOWN button to enter the value you
want.
Pulse Limit:
Setting the value oI pulse limit between 60 to 220, the monitor will measure your heartbeats. Once
reach setting value, monitor will Ilash until your heartbeats under your setting value.
Place the palms oI your hands on the both oI the contact pads and the monitor will show up your
heartbeat rate in beat per minute (BPM) on the LCD display.
NOTE:
1. II no pulse signal input within 16 seconds, the display will indicate 'P. It is a power saving
device. Customer can press the up & down keys to restart Pulse Iunction.
PULSE RECOVERY
When you stop to exercise and desire to test your pulse recovery. Press this button to proceed your
pulse recovery and place the palms oI your hands on the both oI contact pads Ior one minute. The
monitor will show your pulse recovery ratio on LCD. It is a Iunction to check the condition oI
pulse recovery that is scaled Irom 1.0 to 6.0 while 1.0 means the best and 6.0 means the worst and
the increment is 0.1.
BODY FAT MEASUREMENT (Body Mass Index)
When you turn on the monitor or press the ENTER/RESET button over 6 seconds, the monitor
will go into BODY FAT MEASUREMENT Iunction. BeIore press MEASURE button to measure
your body Iat, you have to enter your personal data into monitor. Select the personal data and press
UP or Down button to enter your personal data. Then press MEASURE button and place the palms
oI your hands on the both oI contact pads. The monitor will show your body Iat ratio on LCD. The
deIault value oI personal data is as described as Iollowing. The personal data will be not installed
in monitor when monitor power oII or be reset.
GENDER: male, HEIGHT: 175 cm, WEIGHT: 70 kg, AGE: 30 years old.
BMI(Body Mass Index):
The monitor will display the value Irom 1.0 ~ 99.9 on screen.
BMR(Basal Metabolism Ratio):
The monitor will calculate the data oI body Iat ratio, weight, age and gender to show your value.
The value will show on the screen Irom 1 ~ 9999 Kcal.
FAT (BODY FAT RATIO):
The monitor will calculate the data oI weight, age and gender to show your value. The value will
show on screen Irom 5 ~ 50.
TYPE: There are 9 body types divided according to the FAT calculated. Type 1 is
ultra-sportsman. Type 2 is ideal-sportsman. Type 3 is ultra slim type. Type 4 is sportsman type.
Type 5 is ideal-healthy type. Type 6 is slim type. Type 7 is too Iat. Type 8 is Iat type. Type 9 is
ultra body Iat type.
