1. Statement of Objectives (a.)Goals of objectives of your proposed project with measurable outcomes To build a strong supply chain for the company using automated procurement and inventory system. To facilitate furnishing of data and build a strong database for procurement and inventory system. To minimize supplies damages and deterioration. To provide effective and user-friendly procurement and inventory system.

(b.) Itemized list of deliverables of the system with respect to the functionality of the system (not project study, CD, etc.) user and management reports: The system is Material Management procurement and Inventory system, it focused on purchasing supplies, monitoring and controlling materials and equipments of the company.

(c.) Scope E-procurement (EDI) It allows the supplier to received notification/request from the system. It can send the order list through E-mail. Quality Management Control It implies the quality control for safety and reliability of materials. Inventory Visibility The company allows to be informed by the system. The system will notify if there is no already supply or in its critical level.

(d.) Limitation Limitation of users. Only authorized personnel can use the system.

(e.) Reasons for choosing the proposed project? This is a requirement/ one of the requirements to pass the bachelors degree of BCP.

(f.) Your strategy for getting started: We are planning to have data gathering or this will be the initial step for developing this proposed system. The proponents are going to interview companies to know more about the business process of the airlines when it comes to purchasing and storing supplies.

2. Required Development and Testing Environment (a.) Hardware Requirements (processor, RAM, storage capacity etc.), Software requirements (OS, language versions, libraries etc.), Special Requirements (if any) The hardware specification that required for the system: 1.6 GHZ dual core processor (upgraded) At least 2gb capacity for the system (upgraded) 2 GB RAM

(b.) How do you intend to obtain access for these facilities? Indicate the location, frequency of access to use these facilities and its approximate durations on monthly/weekly/daily basis. Daily basis for their operations, the user can access this system anytime but they can access the system if he/she is the administrator or authorized personnel to use the system.

(c.) How do you intend to demonstrate your project work? Indicate access to software, hardware, data required for the demonstration. They can access it with password and username so that the security of the system will be maintained while accessing it. There is only two persons/personnel who can use the system only the admin or the authorized employee of the department (Inventory/purchasing Department). The data required is more about materials and equipment, purchasing is also indicated on the system/ scope of the system.

(d.) Will the final system be tested/evaluated by real users: They can evaluate it even the other user can evaluate and have testing procedure it will be done for finalizing the system.

(e.) State the way of generating test data/test cases: If the output will meet the demand and expectation of the clientele and maintain the effectiveness and usability of the system.

(f.) State the way of determining the acceptability/success of final system: If the final output will meet the demand and expectation of the clientele and maintain the effectiveness and usability of the system.

(g.) The procedure to evaluate the performance of the system: The proponents will give test questionnaire or performance evaluation of the system to know if the system is effective and efficient for the users.
