Air, by volume, is composed of approximately 79%
nitrogen and about 21% oxygen. Air pressure varies
with altitude and pressure at sea level is about 14 .7
pounds per square inch. The atmosphere of air is the
gas ocean, surrounding the e a rth, that we liNe in on
the bottom, wherever we are.
Nitrogen, and oxygen, are the life-giving gas called
air, that are required in order to live, by all breath-
ing creatures.
Nitrogen oxide . (nitrous oxide, nitrogen monoxide)
is used as an anesthetic, and is sometimes called
"laughing gas". This is one of the reasons people
laugh so much in smoke-filled rooms, where ventilation
is usually poor, oxygen is all breathed up, and the
sodium nitrate in cigarette paper fills the air.
Oxygen is colorless, tasteless, and non-toxic as a
gas. Liquid oxygen is strongly magnetic. Oxygen
occurs combined with silicon (the most plentiful
element in the earth), aluminum, iron, and other metals
in all rocks. The average of the solid crust of the
earth is 46.7o/o oxygen. The oceans are about 85.8o/o
oxygen. Remember oxygen is a requirement to live.
About two-thirds of the human body is oxygen ..
Oxygen is very reactive and capable of combining with
all the other elements, except the inert gases and
fluorine. Oxygen and nitrogen have the identical
electrical conductance in microhms at .00006.
Ionization is caused in atoms, or molecules of gases
like air, by various forms of radiation, high tempera-
tures, or fast moving electrons.
All of these causes occur in atomic bomb tests and
atomic reactors. This is what is changing the world
weather pattern and causing heavy snows, temperature
extremes, floods, droughts, more tornadoes, more earth-
quakes and damage to crops and propertyo These

destructive conditions will continue t o increase as
long as idiots perpetuate their jobs regardless of who
suffers. Atomic fission, and fusion, in reactors and
bomb tests, whet her underground, or shielded, create
weather reactions by induction.
Since the atmosphere , and the earth's crust, and
humans, and the oceans, are composed of atoms of oxygen
and nit rogen in a major quantity, this composite of
flui ds and gases is being altered by atomic induction.
The power of an atomic test is rated in kilotons,
or megatons of force, relative to a ton of T.N.T.
The difference is that T.N.T. is a gas expansion explo-
sion and atomic reactions are electrical.
Since the solid crust of the earth contains 46.7%
oxygen, underground atomic tes ts convey the radiation
into atmo s pheric reactions, storms, weather extremes,
etc.; by "resonance radiation".
"Resonance radiation" is described in scientific
terms as octaves and frequencies similar to sound, as
on a piano if an "A" note is played, all "A" strings
in other octaves vibrate. The same thing occurs in
the air, when radiation causes disturbance, or destruc-
tion, of oxygen atoms in the earth's crust.
Now maybe our atomic trained President might exert
his authority to prove that any electrical reaction
creates de s tructive conditions by electromagnetic
induction.

WHAT'S GOING ON
"What's Going On" is written because today will be
yesterday , tomorrow.
President Carter won the election because he said
he would reveal the U.F.O. information to the public.
The U.F.O. voters put him in office, not the black vote.
Economically the nations of the world are going
broke. This is largely due to the heavy expenditures
of money for military purposes. All military bombs,
weapons, ships, aircraft, missiles, and electronic
equipment, are only valuable to the military. The
housewife, the farmer, industrys,,or transportation, in
our civil society, cannot use this vast array of super-
expensive equipment.
As we go to press, the word is out that the Soviet
block of nations is arming as fast as possible. Some
of our military brass say the Soviets already

are way
ahead of the so-called "free world".
Free-dumb has become a money is a paper
front, and "human rights" are used in world diplomacy.
Energy is an economic weapon for blackmail, and coffee
is a luxury. Social security is a tax burden.
Welfare is a way of life. Crime does pay. Insurance
is a tithe to operate. Loans have more interest than
principle value. Government has become a multi-
billion dollar a year deficit. The ones who know who
have the jobs of authority; and the ones who know how
can't get a word in edgewise.
The materialistic world is about to meet itself
coming in the back door. The inspired world has little
time left to get out of the major cities.
Geophysically, if you live within 50 miles of a
major earthquake fault, you have a decision to make.
Economically, get out of the credit crunch or lose
everything.

LIGHT ENERGY VISION
The act of seeing is generally accepted as a simple
function of the human body by most people. All ver t e -
brates and mollusks have eyes.
The complexity of the retina has only recently been
analysed through high power microscopes. The retina
is composed of a layer of nerve fibres on the inner
surface which converge to the optic nerve, and various
cellular and fibrous layers.
There is the inner reticular layer; an inner nuclear
layer; an outer reticular layer; Henle's fibre layer;
the outer nuclear layer; a limiting membrane; the layer
of rods and cones; and the pigmented layer.
High powered microscopic examination reveals approxi-
mately 148 million cells in the retina, are photo-
electric cells. These compose the rods and cones.
Of this vast number of cells, only about 7000 record
coloro
The "limiting layer" acts as a separator between the
inner layers and outer layers, making a galvanic
battery of two plates.
The 148 million cells each have a nerve converging
on what we call the optical nerve to the brain.
Can one imagine evolution creating this complex
system of order in billions of billions of eyes?
Thank God for your batteries of vision that operate
on spirit power.

DNA - RNA AND L.F. A.
DNA i s the short letter expression for deoxyribo-
nuclei c acid. Recogni zed biologi sts, like Crick and
Watson, who discovered t he DNA principle, unraveled one
of t he great secrets of heredity i n life, and intensive
research is being carried on.
Linus Pauling, noted f or many outstanding radical
theories, had proposed that his structural a-helix was
the carrier of hereditary genetics. He was right as
far as he went. Pauling is probably the greatest
authority on the structural chemistry of ions and their
polarities. -
RNA is ribonucleic acid. Research into RNA reveal-
ed that specific ions were the key to the duplication
of macromolecules_o __ _
DNA and RNA are the interchange that make physical
things manifest life.
L.F.A. is our own designation of Life Force Action
and is based on the creative principre;-
Acids themselves may be conductors, duplicators,
and transmitters of genetic messages that result in
both physical life and heredity, but they do not create
the Life Force Action that causes them to respond.
The configuration of the double helix is not only
the pattern of DNA, but is the end product of the
alchemy of the "Emerald Tablet", the "wand of Hermes",
and the principle of gravity nullification.
Since the ions are involved in the DNA life mani-
festation in the physical, and hydrogen-base atoms are
involved; it becomes obvious why we use both ions and
the caduceus double helix winding in our coils in the
"Integratron".
Biochemistry has never established where the source
-- of the intelligent messages comes from that 1s

received by the DNA helix and transmitted through the
RNA to make L.F.A. manifest.
Life Force Action is not only the result in living
moving cells, but it !. the source of the i n t e l l ~ n c e
that causes the cells to accumulate in forms of life
and it

s many complex parts.
Two identical double helix (caduceus) radio antenna,
one for transmitting and one for receiving, will lock
in on each other at any distance and work without
interference from other sources.
Thought manifests through action. People can sit
and think continually and will accomplish nothing, and
will eventually become confused in their thinking.
One can think of a single thing, and act upon it,
and accomplish the result of the thought through the
action.
The double helix winding, on a coil, produces a zone
of absolute time (static) both perpendicular to the
electric flow and the magnetic pattern. This time
-- zone responds to thought.

The DNA helix time zone also responds to a thought.
The infinity of absolute space and time contain all of
the thoughts of all of the principles by which life
manifests in the physical, from infinite thought.
The unseen governs the seen, and genetics is the
reproduction of the unseen into the seen. When the
seen manifestation dies, the unseen continues on until
it manifests again through the L.F.A.
Thought causes the DNA to transmit through the RNA
and reproduce itself with variations according to the
time reference and the parents. Some heredity may
rub off on the newborn from the parents, but in many
cases it is entirely different than either of them.
In a cartel of destructive world thoughts, only
destruction can result. Then infinite thought brings

the parts together again for a new try at the same old
opposition.
Life Force Action is received by the negative coil
of the he lix and transmitted by the positive coil of
the DNA. The RNA is the circuit that carries the
message to the genes, chromosomes, and cells, on what
kind of a form to make.

at the same time. Then God rested and turned dominion
of all things over to Man. (Not human).
Gravity , electricity, and magnetism existed long
before the human discovered them. The laws of elec-
tronics, radio and television, existed in
time. Everything that we can discover in motion, space,
and time has always been there to know.
The human race tias followed the minority of power,
profit, and greed, and contributed long to their own
downfall for a small share of the profit.

Life Force Action does not only make life manifest
over and over again; it reacts through its laws of
reciprocation when the principles are misused.
The DNA principle does not change in its principle.
RNA continues to serve its purpose. It is only the
composite forms of these eternal laws that continue to
violate the laws of nature.
Life Force Action only instigates the action of life.
It is neutral. Thought that wants more profit, is
why cars are called back to correct defects by companies
that have been making cars for 70 years. Pollution
and wars are the products of wrong thinking.
The principle of life will continue in spite of all
odds. Think to the DNA in your system. There are

billions of them in your body. The Life Force Action
is s t atic in its essence, waiting for your thought, so
it can activate the DNA through the RNA to all of y our
parts and p iec e s .

WHAT'S NEW
In the January-February-March, 1977, issue of the
"Proceedings" , we said we would keep our readers in-
formed of new breakthroughs.
Associates, Gene and Mary Ann Condon, of Clearwater,
Florida, owners of an eight- man submarine, have just
laid out their itinerary for exploration under the sea.
In the ''Proceedings" of April-Atay-June of 1976, we
print ed a picture of a pyramid under the ocean, east
of Bermuda, that had been located by sonar.
This pyramid has since been studied and found to be
orientated North, South, East, and West.
Starting near the end of July, 1977, the "Condon
Program" calls for further undersea study of this
pyramid by submarine and instrumentation.
Next on their program is the undersea photography,
and research, of an entire city submerged under 450
feet of water, off the coast of Bquador, near the town
of Esmaraldis.
Following the Equador expedition, the Condons are
taking their submarine to Japan, where the ancient
Japanese capitol city of Yma Da has been discovered in
the ocean, also under 450 feet of water.
Information about these three undersea expeditions
will be extended to our readers, by the Condons, as
they are explored and photographed.
The finding of so much evidence about cities sunken
beneath the sea, leads one to wonder which modern
cities will soon join them.

HOLY SCIENCE
It becomes more, and more obvious as we examine the
Bible, that much of the original writing was the wor k
of scribes who copied old records. Much of the Old
Testament, was evidently script from a previous advanc-
ed scientific civilization, that was interpreted into
the religious records, because the scribes could not
comprehend the phenomenao
Scientific records thus became part of the religious
theme, because of superstition. Most things that came
down through time were believed to be manifestations
of either God, or the devil.
Michael Faraday evolved his "Faraday Cage", from the
description given in the Bible, of Ezekiel's Temple.
There is much more to be analysed from the many dimen-
sions, capacities, and inductance descriptions given
in the book of Ezekielo ,-
"A cloud by day and a fire by night", in Exodus
13:21 - "And the Lord went before them by day in a
pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night
in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day
and night."
The Bible says, "in the latter days all things will
be revealed." This is the latter days, as many of
the prophecies given for this time are being fulfilled.
To the people of that time, when horses and chariots
were the best form of transportation, how could they
understand someone flying overhead with an electro-
static corona around the ship, (visible as "fire by
night"), and ionizing a cloud around the craft describ-
ed as "a cloud by day".
The New Testament tells us in St. Mark 9:4-7
(inclusive), that E-li'as and Moses appeared unto Peter,
James, and John; and Moses and E-li'as talked with
Jesuso Then Peter suggests to Jesus that they build
three tabernacles; one for Jesus, one for E-li'as, and

portant abou t tabe rnacles? In verse 7, it tells about
t he vo ice coming out of t he cloud that overshadowed
t hem. How could the scribes of that time describe a
public address system, t ransmitting from a craft with
a loudspeaker, and a cloud i onized around it? Or,
was it a beam transmi ssion to the i nne r ear, which is
a tra nsdu cer that nor mally c onve rts sound to the brain
by electric impulses?
Were t he t abernacles smal l "Integratrons", that
Pet e r suggested would make it possible to keep E-li'as
and Moses, and Jesus in physical bodies indefinitely
without ageing?
In verse 8 , it reveals that E-li'as and Moses
suddenly disappeared. Jesus did this in crowds,
according to the Bible.
We had one of the space-people demonstrate this to
us, before nineteen witnesses, at Giant Rock Airport
in 1953. He explained that this device, which he
called a "crystal battery", c ould release energy into
the ir bodies whic h prevented light from reflecting off
of them, therefore we couldn't see them. He explained
that our narrow range of vision, from about 4000 to
7800 angstroms, prohibits us from seeing the entire
electromagnetic spectrum. The man didn't dematerial-
ize. He was still there, because the third time he
disappeared I had my hand on his shoulder, and he was
solid; still there under my hand.
Exodus 40:38, says, "For the cloud of the Lord was
upon the tabernacle by day, and the fire was on it by
night, ln the sight of all the house of Israel,
throughout all their journeys."
Here again was the same corona by night and the
same ionization of the cloud by day around Moses'
tabernacle on the ground, that was described "as the
cloud overshadowed them" in the sky several thousand
years later.

In St. Matthew 9:4 it says, "And Jesus knowing their
thoughts said, wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?"

What is taking place today with U.F.O. landings and
contacts all over the world, is also prophesied in the
Bible in St. John 1:51, when Jesus said, "Verily, verily
I say unto you, Hereafter y ~ shall see heaven open, and
angels of God ascend1ng and descending upon the Son of
Man."
When you take the aspects of Jesus predicting "land-
ings", reading minds, and disappearing in the midst
of crowds of people, even as E-li'as and Moses did, the
phenomena of U.F.O.s ascending and descending today,
then all the other things that are happening in the
world begin to tie in and make some sense.
President Jimmy Carter, said before he was elected,
that he would reveal the U.F.O. phenomena to the
people; I expect him to disclose the information about
the super-secret fact, that our own advanced research
has been flying some of these electromagnetic gravity-
nullifying ships. Of course this explanation would
be expected to explain away all of the craft that are
not from the earth, and have been sighted down through
history. This would really create a communication gap
between the government and the millions of people who
know better.
The latter day prophecy "that all things will be
revealed" means all things, including coverups, illegal
bank accounts by public officials in all countries, and
prearranged secrets that are kept from the people.
Scientifically, much of the religious records can be
explained today, when we strip away the superstition
and dogma, and accept that there is someone out there
that is smarter, and older, and truthful, and doesn't
want to stick their clean nose into our dirty mess here.
Religion is a reality of facts, based on faith, that
the Creator knows all about what is going on.
Let the peanut shells fall where they may.
