Virtual Learning, a supply of Mixed Issues

These mixed issues (blended learning) combine 2 or 3 of these following methods :

? individual self-training from afar or i-Learning, with tutoring (by way of e-mail or in line) if necessary. The trainee is completely responsible of his time management and of his apprenticeship management. ? virtual class or v-Learning. The trainees and the trainer, located in different places, communicate from afar with in line. The trainer is the master of the learning advance of the virtual group set up in this way. ? Usual class or c-Learning. The trainees and the trainer are physically together in a same classroom.
