CONDITION FOR PARTICIPATION

- Round trip airfare shall be born by each participating teams. - Entry Fee: free
INTERNATIONAL REFEREES The following conditions shall apply: - International Referees are required to pay for their own round trip airfare - The O/C will pay for accommodations Check in November 26 Check out December 1 (5 nights) - The O/C shall pay a per diem of $ 50 for each competition day (3 days) DRAWING OF LOTS - The drawing of lots shall be conducted one day prior to the competitions with the presence of officials and representatives of participating countries. If a team officials are not present an O/C official will draw in the place of the absent team official. WEIGH-IN - Weigh-in of the contestant is one day prior to the competition of that weight category NATIONAL FLAG AND ANTHEM - Each participating team must provide the organizing committee a flag (90 X 130 Cm) and a CD of National Anthem
