What did she do for her sons? What did she decide to earn money? A.1. It was a tough time for Hannah Chaplin and her two sons. There wasnt enough money in their house even for their basic needs. She sang and danced for her sons and told them wonderful stories. She sewed clothes for people. Her son Sydney sometimes did odd jobs. The children sometimes had to go to work house. Whenever she had money, she took them to the beach and treated them to cakes and icecreams.To earn money, Hannah decided to sing songs on the stage at the music halls of London as she had a very good voice. With trembling hands she opened the door and sobbing with tiredness, she fell into the hands of a waiting woman. The woman drew her inside the house. Thus the girl was able to escape from her house. Finally he wallowed certain rare drugs and his body became as transparent as a sheet of glass but it also managed to remain as solid as glass. Though he was a scientist, he was a lawless prson. His landlord did not like him and wanted him to vacate his house. In anger, he set fire to the house. To get away without being seen, he had to remove his clothes. A.2. Improvements on the first PCs are : colour screen, increased storage, easier to set up and maintain, faster programe, multipurpose and easy to use. The biggest improvement is that todays PC can maintain itself by finding and fixing problems even before it comes to the users notice. Q.3 In what ways does a PC help the people at home? A.3. The PC is fast becoming something that is always on and always connected to the internet. It makes the people easier to rely on it for simple activities like reading nnewspaper and listening to favourite music. Disk drives and digital cameras make it possible for people to store and share a lifetimes worth digital photos and videos on their PC. Powerful audio and video capabilities transform the PC into entertainment centre for the home. Families can make their vacation plans on their home PC and then update them on the road. Students can do their homework in their living room and then take a tabletsized PC to school and can use like a paper notebook.
