Also, please understand the following:

1. The price is not a mistake, $550 is for this 200 Sq. Ft. Studio --- 200 Square
Feet is
small, you walk 20 steps in one direction then turn 90 degree and walk another 10
steps, and
that is i, it's 200 Square Feet --- I price it according to it's size.
2. Move in cost is 550 First month + 700 Deposit = $1,250.00
3. The studio does not have Central Heating System, you must have your own
Portable Heater
($10 from Walgreens?)
4. The place is quite and in good neighborhood --- only 2 blocks from Wild Cat
Canyon
Park/Mountain Range.
5. You must love dog; I have 1 very nice and friendly Female Neutered Rottweiler
(the one in
the news is the Male one which is much more territorial then the female) - my dog
live in the
same back yard where the studio located but you do not have to make contact or
interact with
them since I build a gate/fence between you and the dog. The only reason I have
dog is for
security, dog works much better than house's alarm.
