Janisol-Tren. Bewhrte Technik findet hier ihren Einklang. Die wrmegedmmte Tr-Profilserie mit einer Bauhhe von 60 mm eignet sich fr sthetisch und konstruktiv anspruchsvolle, einund zweiflgelige Tren. Bei den Janisol-Profilen wird dank der qualitativ hochwertigen Isolierstege und dem mechanisch hinterschnittenen Verbund eine grosse Steifigkeit erreicht. Die glasfaserverstrkten Isolatoren sind hitzebestndig. Die Rahmen knnen deshalb ohne besondere Vorkehrungen geschweisst werden. Die farblichen Gestaltungsmglichkeiten sind praktisch unbegrenzt; Pulverbeschichtung, Einbrennlackierung oder Nasslack sind mglich. Das Erscheinungsbild ist abgestimmt auf die weiteren Jansen-Trsysteme. Die Ansichten sind praktisch deckungsgleich. Dies garantiert dem Planer einheitliche Ansichten bei differenzierten Anforderungen. Janisol-Tren Edelstahl. Langlebigkeit in elegantem Kleid. Die wrmegedmmten Edelstahlprofile aus dem Werkstoff 1.4401 basieren auf der bewhrten JanisolTechnologie. Profilform und -Dimensionen sind identisch mit dem Janisol-Programm. Dies ermglicht dem Planer die problemlose Kombination beider Stahlqualitten.

Der Wrmedurchgangskoeffizient Uf wurde nach der prEN ISO 100772:1998 Berechnung des Wrmedurchgangskoeffizienten Uf Numerisches Verfahren fr Rahmen ermittelt und liegt fr die Kombinationen des Systems Janisol Primo bei 1.4 bis 2.5 W/(m2K) (ift-Prfbericht 432 256 35/1 vom 21.7.2003).
Janisol Primo. L'isolation de qualit aux mini-dimensions. Ce systme de profils haute isolation thermique d'une hauteur de seulement 60 mm (vantail 64 mm) permet la ralisation rationnelle des vitrages fixes et des fentres ( la franaise, oscillo-battante et soufflet ainsi que des portes-fentres soufflet coulissant parallle PASK). Tous les vantaux des fentres sont garnis d'un joint central et d'un joint de bute ct intrieur. Pour les diffrents types d'ouverture des fentres, nous disposons en stock d'un assortiment de ferrures testes avec commande d'une main et fermeture points multiples. Au vu de la considration globale des btiments, l'conomie d'nergie et la protection thermique acquirent une importance croissante. Du point de vue conomique et cologique, la fentre doit faire l'objet d'une attention particulire. Le coefficient de permabilit thermique Uf a t dfini suivant prEN ISO 10077-2:1998 Calcul du coefficient de permabilit thermique Uf procd numrique pour cadres et se situe pour les combinaisons du systme Janisol Primo entre 1.4 et 2.5 W/(m2K) (rapport d'essais ift 432 256 35/1 du 21.7.2003).
Janisol Primo. Superior insulation for the smallest of spaces. This highly thermally insulated profile system with a construction height of only 60 mm (64 mm vent) makes it possible to design efficient fixed glazing and windows (side-hung, turn/tilt and bottom-hung) as well as tilt/slide window doors. Window vents are provided with a centre gasket and a rebate gasket on the room side. We stock a complementary range of fittings with singlehanded operation and multipoint locking for all possible opening types. As an integrated holistic approach to buildings is adopted, energy saving measures and thermal insulation are playing an ever greater role. Windows should therefore be accorded even greater importance for economic and ecological reasons. The thermal transmittance value Uf is calculated in accordance with prEN ISO 100772:1998 Calculation of the thermal transmittance value Uf numerical method for frames and stands at 1.4 to 2.5 W/(m2K) for all combinations of the Janisol Primo system (ift test report 432 256 35/1 of 21.7.2003).

Jansen-VISS. Bringt die Vorteile von Stahl zum Tragen. Jansen-VISS (voll isoliertes SprossenSystem) ist ein wrmegedmmtes Stahlsystem fr Pfosten-Riegelkonstruktionen. Mit wenigen, modular aufgebauten Komponenten lassen sich Fassaden aller Art herstellen. Durch Addition weiterer Systemteile knnen spezifische Anforderungen an die jeweilige Bauaufgabe erfllt werden. In statischer Hinsicht mittels einer Reihe von Profilen in verschiedenen Bautiefen und/oder innen liegender Verstrkungsmglichkeiten, in funktionaler Hinsicht durch die Wahl entsprechender Zubehrteile respektive Fllelemente. Das ussere Erscheinungsbild der Fassadenstruktur bleibt davon in jedem Fall unberhrt. Architekten und Planer knnen differenzierte Anforderungen an Wrmeschutz, Schallschutz und Brandschutz in einheitlicher Optik erfllen. Verarbeiter profitieren von einer routinierten Handhabung und vereinfachten Lagerhaltung der wenigen Einzelteile. Fr die Dimensionierung von Stahlfassaden knnen verschiedene statische Systeme zu Grunde gelegt werden (frei aufliegend, einseitig eingespannt oder als Durchlauftrger). Fuss-, Kopf- und Befestigungsplatten fr Baukrper-Anschlsse lassen sich mittels Schweissen einfach und sicher anbringen. Fr die raumseitige Tragkonstruktion stehen Profile in Ansichtsbreiten von 50 und 60 mm in Bautiefen bis 150 mm zur Verfgung. Sie knnen geschweisst oder gesteckt werden. Schweisskonstruktionen bieten die Mglichkeit systematischer Vorfertigung auch grossflchiger Fassaden und Dachverglasungen in der Werkstatt. Die Jansen-VISS-Fassadensysteme haben die geforderten Prfungen gemss DIN EN 13830 mit Erfolg bestanden. Damit ist die Grundlage fr die innerhalb der EU zwingend geforderte CE-Kennzeichnung bei den Jansen-VISS-Fassaden bereits erfllt.

Un minimum d'lments modulaires permet de raliser tous les types de faades. L'ajout d'autres lments du systme permet de rpondre aux exigences spcifiques de l'ouvrage. Du point de vue statique, grce une srie de profils de diffrentes profondeurs de construction et/ou des possibilits de renforcement interne, du point de vue fonctionnel par le choix des accessoires appropris et des lments de remplissage respectifs. L'aspect extrieur de la structure de la faade reste dans tous les cas intact. Les architectes et les planificateurs peuvent rpondre aux exigences diffrencies en matire d'isolation thermique, acoustique, pare-balle et de protection du feu dans une optique uniforme. Les mtalliers profitent du maniement ais et de la simplicit du stockage du nombre limit de pices. Pour le dimensionnement des faades en acier, on peut faire appel diffrents systmes statiques (pose libre sur deux appuis, encastrement d'un ct ou poutre en continu). Les plaques de fixation des raccords au corps du btiment sont montes de manire simple et sre par soudage. Pour la construction porteuse cot intrieur, on dispose de profils d'une largeur de vue 50 et 60 mm, dans des profondeurs allant jusqu' 150 mm. Ils peuvent tre assembls par soudage ou mcaniquement. Les constructions soudes permettent une prfabrication systmatique l'atelier, ceci galement pour les grandes faades et les vitrages de toiture. Les profils pour faades Jansen-VISS ont t soumis avec succs aux contrles exigs selon la norme DIN EN 13830. Il s'agit d'une condition indispensable pour que les faades VISS Jansen obtiennent l'identification CE requise au sein de l'UE.
Jansen-VISS. Building on the benefits of steel. Jansen-VISS (a fully-insulated glazing system) is a thermally-insulated steel system for mullion/transom constructions. Many different types of faade can be built using only a small number of modular components. Specific project requirements can then be met by adding extra system components. A range of profiles with different basic depths and/or internal reinforcing options are available to meet structural requirements; there is also a choice of appropriate accessories and infill panels to suit different functions. The external appearance of the faade remains unaffected. Architects and planners are able to meet a range of thermal insulation, noise reduction, bullet-resistant and fire protection requirements whilst retaining a uniform appearance. The small number of individual components facilitates warehouse storage and means that fabricators are soon familiar with the products. Various structural systems can be used to calculate the dimensions of steel faades (freely suspended, clamped on one side or continuous beams). Top and bottom fixing plates for building structure attachments can be easily and safely welded in place. Profiles with face widths of 50 and 60 mm and depths up to 150 mm are available for the inner load-bearing structure. They can be welded on or fitted. Welded constructions mean that pre-fabrication in the workshop is an option even for large faades and roof glazing. The Jansen-VISS faade systems have been successfully tested in accordance with DIN EN 13830. This means that the Jansen VISS faades already fulfil the basic requirements for the CE mark which will be required in future across the EU.

VISS TV. Hlt auf der ganzen Linie dicht. Das Profilsystem VISS TV fr grossflchige Vertikalfassaden zeichnet sich besonders durch seine sehr flach anliegende Innendichtung aus, welche mit dem Stahlprofil nahezu bndig abschliesst. So kommen die filigranen Konstruktionen in ihrer ganzen Schnheit zum Tragen. Die Stahlprofile mit sehr kleinen Kantenradien werden mit modernsten Verfahren und neuester Technologie in sprichwrtlicher Schweizer Przision gefertigt. Im steten Dialog mit Planern, Architekten und Verarbeitern wurden sie zu einem Systembaukasten optimiert, der es in sich hat: Schon mit wenigen Einzelteilen lassen sich Fassaden aller Art rationell und wirtschaftlich fertigen. Befestigungsknpfe aus hochwertigem Polyamid gewhrleisten die konsequente thermische Trennung. Durchlaufende Dichtungslappen im Riegelbereich ermglichen eine feldweise Belftung und Entwsserung des Glasfalzes auch ohne Bearbeitung der Deckprofile. VISS TV erfllt auch die gegenber der DIN-/EN-Norm erhhten Anforderungen des britischen Centre for Windows & Cladding Technology (CWCT).

Les constructions en filigrane peuvent ainsi exprimer toute leur beaut. Les profils en acier bords de trs petite taille sont fabriqus selon les procds et la technologie les plus modernes selon une prcision typiquement suisse. Sur la base d'un dialogue permanent avec les planificateurs, les architectes et les mtalliers, ils ont ainsi t optimiss en un systme modulaire qui na pas son gal: quelques lments suffisent raliser des faades de tout type de faon rationnelle et conomique. Les boutons de serrage en polyamide de grande qualit garantissent une parfaite barrire thermique. Les languettes d'tanchit continues dans la zone de la traverse permettent de raliser par panneau l'aration et le rejet d'eau de la feuillure, aussi sans usinage des profils de capotage. VISS TV rpond galement aux critres du Centre for Windows & Cladding Technology britannique (CWCT) plus stricts que les normes DIN/EN.
VISS TV. Weathertight right down the line. The VISS TV profile system for large vertical faades features an exceptionally flat inner gasket, which is almost flush with the steel profile, allowing the beauty of slimline constructions to be fully appreciated. Steel profiles with a very small outer radius are the result of state-of-the-art production and world-famous Swiss precision. Bei Vertikal-Fassaden erfolgt die Belftung und Entwsserung des Glasfalzes feldweise, bei Schrg- und Dachverglasungen hingegen ber die Sparren-Fusspunkte. Zur usseren Abdeckung stehen Profile in verschiedenen Tiefen und Konturen zur Verfgung, die im Riegelbereich von Schrgverglasungen auch geklebt werden knnen.

VISS TVS. An ideal choice for sloping designs. This sealing system can be used with sloped or faceted glazing and for glazing with higher insulation requirements. The horizontal or vertical gaskets in the same plane create a closed drainage level. Overlapping moulded gasket intersection points are bonded with special butyl tape; joint permeability and resistance to driving rain are certified up to 1200 Pa. For vertical faades, the glazing rebate is drained and ventilated by field drainage and ventilation, whereas with sloped and roof glazing, rafter base points are used. To ensure overall stability, we recommend welding for the manufacture of parts. This allows a high degree of prefabrication with the necessary quality control. Janisol 2 EI30 (F30/T30) ist ein geprftes System einschliesslich Schlsser und Beschlge das ber zahlreiche Zulassungen verfgt. Es wird im kontinuierlichen Dialog mit Anwendern und Bauaufsichtsbehrden optimiert, und die Zulassungen werden laufend erweitert. Konstruktionen mit Jansen-Economy 50 und 60 bieten kreatives Potential fr jede bauliche Anforderung. Trkonstruktionen mit Economy 50 und Economy 60 berzeugen durch eine flchenbndige Konstruktion. Solide und bestndige Tren mit Jansen-Economy 60 Edelstahl. Mit den schlanken und stabilen Profilen dieses neuen Systems aus dem Werkstoff Edelstahl 1.4401 lassen sich einund zweiflgelige Tren sowie Festverglasungen in den gleichen Ansichtsbreiten wie die der anderen Jansen-Economy und Janisol-Trsysteme herstellen. Das surebestndige Material eignet sich fr den Einsatz in kstennahen Gebieten sowie in Strassennhe (bestndig gegen Streusalz). Die Oberflche ist gebeizt, Sichtflchen auf Wunsch geschliffen.

Les portes avec Economy 50 et Economy 60 sauront vous convaincre grce leur construction fleur. Portes solides et rsistantes avec Jansen-Economy 60 acier Inox. Grce aux profils lancs et stables de ce nouveau systme en acier Inox 1.4401, il est possible de fabriquer des portes un ou deux battants ainsi que des vitrages fixes dans les mmes largeurs de vue que les autres systmes de portes Jansen-Economy et Janisol. La matire rsistante l'acide convient aux zones ctires et aux zones proches des routes (rsistance au sel de dneigement). La surface est dcape et les surfaces de vue polies brosses sur demande.

This profile series is characterised by its simple profile geometry, slender structures and maximum stability, all of which allows for streamlined production and economical assembly. Single and double-leaf doors, with moving and/or fixed glazing toplights and side lights: constructions with Jansen Economy 50 and 60 offer potential for creative solutions to meet any building requirements. The Economy 50 and Economy 60 door constructions have an impressive flush-fitted design. Jansen-Economy 60 stainless steel for sturdy, durable doors. The slender yet sturdy profiles of this new system are made of 1.4401 stainless steel and are used for fabricating single and double-leaf doors and fixed glazing in the same face widths as those for the other Jansen Economy and Janisol door systems. The acid-resistant material is particularly suitable for use in coastal areas and near exposed roads (withstands salt and grit). The surface is etched and exposed faces can be polished on request.

Die schlank dimensionierten Profile ergnzen das bestehende Sortiment Jansen-Economy 60 Edelstahl insbesondere fr architektonische Anwendungen im Innenbereich oder fr Aussenanwendungen bei normaler, nicht aggressiver Atmosphre. Der fr diese Serie eingesetzte, moderne Werkstoff 1.4307 (AISI 304L) bietet zudem ein deutlich optimiertes Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis. Profilform und Dimensionen sind praktisch identisch mit dem Jansen-EconomyProgramm. Dies ermglicht dem Planer die problemlose Kombination der Serien und dem Verarbeiter den Einsatz identischer Zubehrteile.

Jansen-Economy windows. A slimline look is en vogue. With a basic depth of only 50 mm (58.5 mm) for the vent profile, JansenEconomy 50 is also suitable for window vents. Side-hung, turn/tilt, double-vent and bottom-hung windows fully tested fittings are available for all opening types, with attractive window handles in aluminium or stainless steel. Jansen-Economy 50 stainless steel. The new, slimline profiles supplement the existing Jansen-Economy 60 stainless steel range for interior use or for exterior use in normal, nonaggressive environments. The modern material 1.4307 (AISI 304L) used for this series also offers excellent value for money. Profile shapes and sizes are almost the same as those in the Jansen-Economy range. This makes it easy for the designer to combine the two series and for the fabricator to use identical accessories.

Fr die Konstruktion von Falt- und Schiebetoren bietet Jansen ein aufeinander abgestimmtes Sortiment an Profilen in den Bauhhen 50 und 60 mm, Zubehr und Beschlge, mit denen sich nahezu jede bauliche Situation angemessen verschliessen lsst: die Falttore knnen hinter, in oder auch vor der Hallenffnung angeschlagen werden, nach innen oder aussen ffnen und mit praktisch beliebiger Flgelaufteilung gestaltet werden. Schiebetore kommen immer dann zum Zug, wenn Platz sparende Konstruktionen gefragt sind. Das Profil- und Dichtungssortiment eignet sich sowohl fr manuell als auch fr automatisch betriebene Toranlagen. Folding and sliding doors. A smart move. For folding and sliding doors, Jansen provides a co-ordinated range of profiles with basic depths of 50 and 60 mm, as well as accessories and fittings to meet all requirements. The folding doors can be rebated in or in front of the opening, as inward or outward opening doors, and designed with almost any leaf division. Sliding doors come into their own when a space-saving design is required. The range of profiles and gaskets is suitable for both manually and automatically operated door systems.
