Prev.Maint\AVFailed\Desktops\Servers. Definition : This category contains the tickets of desktops where in Antivirus software is not functioning due to some issues like Antivirus software corruption, components missing etc These tickets are generated on daily basis. The tasks are raised by the Techs and are sent to the MSP in Info required category. The Techs will work on these tasks once they get an approval from MSP. Prev.Maint\AVNotInstalled\Desktops Definition : This category contains the tickets of desktops where in Antivirus software is not installed on the system or the Antivirus installed on the system is not supported by ITSupport247 Portal. These alerts are generated every Friday. In this scenario the tech is supposed to check whether the antivirus status from ITSupport247 Portal. If an antivirus software is installed on the system and not supported by the SAAZ Agent the Tech is supposed to raise a task and then assign it to Engineering Desktop. OR If no antivirus software is found on the desktop the Tech will generate an alert for the client informing that no antivirus software is installed on the system. Prev.Maint\AVNotInstalled\Servers Definition : This category contains the tickets of Servers where in Antivirus software is not installed on the system or the Antivirus installed on the system is not supported by ITSupport247 Portal. These alerts are generated on daily basis. In this scenario the tech is supposed to check whether the antivirus status from ITSupport247 Portal. If an antivirus software is installed on the system and not supported by the SAAZ Agent the Tech is supposed to assign the ticket to Engineering Desktop. OR If no antivirus software is found on the Server, in this case the Tech will generate an alert for the client informing that no antivirus software is installed on the system. Prev.Maint\AVNotSync\NAS Definition : This category contains the alerts of NAS Devices where in AVG Antivirus is installed or Vipre / BitDefender Antivirus software is out of date. In this category the Tech is supposed to login in the NAS Device and install Vipre where AVG is installed on the NAS Device. OR If Vipre / BitDefender Antivirus is already installed on the NAS, the Tech needs to login and make sure that the Antivirus software is up-to-date. Prev.Maint\AVNotSync\Servers

Definition : This category contains the alerts of Desktops and Servers where Antivirus software is not synchronized. These alerts are generated on daily basis and are only for managed & Non Managed but identified by SAAZ Agent. In this case the Tech is supposed to access the desktops and servers and analyze the issue and make sure that Antivirus software is up-to-date. If the tech comes across some issues like credentials not working, Console password required etc... While working on a ticket then the tech is supposed to create Task informing the same to the client.
