Definition : This category contains the alerts of Desktops and Servers where Antivirus software is not synchronized. These alerts are generated on daily basis and are only for managed & Non Managed but identified by SAAZ Agent. In this case the Tech is supposed to access the desktops and servers and analyze the issue and make sure that Antivirus software is up-to-date. If the tech comes across some issues like credentials not working, Console password required etc... While working on a ticket then the tech is supposed to create Task informing the same to the client.
