SESSION I: I CAN TAKE THE LEAD I. OBJECTIVES At the end of the session, the participants will be able to: a. be familiarize with the techniques used by an effective leader; b. be aware of some leadership qualities that will lead group to success; and c. formulate own definition of good leader II. TOPIC TITLE: TECHNIQUES IN SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP A. ACTIVITY TITLE: Follow the Sound Description It is an activity which will require one representative as a leader and the rest of the participants will be the follower. The leader will lead them to a place through the use of a specific sound.

SESSION II. Youre One of Us I. OBJECTIVES a. b. c. At the end of the session, the participants will be able to: Identify the different stages a undergoes in its development Recognize the importance of being a part of a group; and Demonstrate cooperation within a group to accomplish certain task.

A. ACTIVITY TITLE:
Description This is a short energizer that will make the participant group themselves through sounds while they are blindfolded. It requires attentive listening and cooperation skills.

SESSION III: Were All in This Together I. OBJECTIVES At the end of the session, the participants will be able to: A. determine the characteristics of an effective team B. develop sensitivity to the uniqueness of others; and C. construct a representation showing the uniqueness of each member of the group TOPIC Title: An Effective Team

A. Activity Title: Untie The Knot Description This is a game good for group activity that will require sensitivity and initiative through untying the knot.
