JOB PROFILE: Establishment and approval of QA/QC documents like QAP, WPS, and PQR Approval of Filler wires and Electrodes as per applicable code Establishment of Job procedures and specification for i) Fabrication of piping iii) NDT Examination like Visual inspection, RT, DPT iv) Hydro test, Pneumatic test. Establishing QA/QC formats like Inspection Reports, Job cards, Mechanical clearance, Line History Sheet, Hydro test Report. Carry out welder Qualification Test and monitoring welder performance on monthly basis to reduce repair percentage and reduce rework. Approvaing of quality assurance manual for the contractor which shall include scope organization chart list of quality welders and TPI,quality assurance plan,list of procedure to each activity to ensure smooth functionin and better quality.

Inspection Responsibility:
Material inspection (i.e. Pipes, Plates, Fasteners, Valves, Fittings etc.) as per various applicable IS and ASME code.

 Fit-up, dimensional Inspection, welding inspection as per approved drawing, QAP and applicable codes To check the compliance of fabrication and erection activity with established procedures, QAP. To monitor NDE and NDT evaluation as per applicable code Monitoring and Evaluation of leak test To compete QA/QC documentation as per acceptance/Rejection Submission of system dossier(Entire project) to customer To analyze NCR/FOR and Suggestions for preventive and corrective action. Surface Preparation: Abrasive Cleaning and Tool Cleaning Inspection as per ISO and NACE surface Preparation Standard. Surface Profile and surface cleanliness inspection with profile gauge and surface comparator Atmospheric condition Evaluation and clearance to further Surface Preparation & coating Activities as per Coating Specification Ensuring proper paint Mixing/Agitation, Induction time and also ensuring that pot life is not exceeded before actual paint application. Ensuring drying time/Interval between different coats of paint Measurement of WFT,DFT and Inspection with high voltage holiday Detector as per coating Specification Completing Inspection Reports/Records as per Acceptance/Rejection Verification of Consumables TCs and ensuring that all tools, tackles and consumables for blasting/coating are in proper working conditions.
