Dear Sir/Maam: Department of Nursing Education and Training would like to seek permission from your good office as we request for some financial assistance/sponsorship. The Philippine Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. will conduct its 6th Biennial Congress ASEAN Society of Colorectal Surgeons and the 3rd Scientific Meeting on March 29 and 30, 2012 at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Manila.
