Modular Prefabricated buildings

Modular Prefabricated buildings are rapid-erected one or twostorey buildings consisting of joint ready-to operate modules. Each module after assembling could present an independent functional unit or to be an integral part of modular building. A range of standard blocks allows to design different variants of space-planning decisions. An individual design of non-standard block is possible. Ready-to operate modules are installed on a firm and plane surface. Modules are manufactured in accordance with standards of transportation. Maximum size of standard block-module is 3x9 meters which allows delivery by all types of transport (rail way, air, road transport and waterway).

Self-supporting panel based prefabricated buildings

Self-supporting panel based prefabricated buildings are complete rapid-erected buildings consisting of self-supporting panels joint by bolts. This type of construction allows quick assembling in any climate conditions and also enables to move buildings from site to site. Low weight of construction elements minimizes load bearing capacity on the ground and allows to use light foundation. Cassette-type packaging of ready-to operate structural panels excludes damage of cargo during transportation. Self-supporting panels technology is used for distant assembling of low-rise buildings in any climate and could be designed without insulation or heat-insulated. Design temperature is up to minus 55C. Outside windshield and inside vapor barrier make possible to use construction in cold regions.

Metal structural frame based prefabricated buildings

Construction on metal structural frame base provides the possibility to erect buildings of any geometrical configurations and different number of storey of any height of floors of same building. The base of construction (the metal structural frame) acts as support and floor structures. Roof and walls systems are joint to the frame by bolts that excludes welding. At the Customers request building can be supplied with a gate, doors, windows, lifting equipment, inside finishing materials. Optimal schemes of electric power and water supply, sanitary piping, ventilation, air conditioning are designed at Clients request. If necessary technical equipment can be chosen. Precision and reliability of technology give the possibility to minimize time of erection and to simplify the assembling work. Construction parameters meet all Clients requirements towards volume and space of building. Depending on aims and characteristics of Clients business Techmash Group offers two types of rapid-erected construction on metal structural frame base.
