EXPERIENCE SUMMARY One year experience in production and Quality department in DELPHI-TVS, Sriperumputhur, Chennai. Worked in the department of fuel injector and worked as a developer in production and Testing fields. During in that period I have involved myself mostly in quality related activities I have vast experience in all measuring instruments which are frequently used for checking the quality of the components I also got experience in In-process inspections and final stage inspections. I had a designation of Production Engineer of Nozzle Assembly department for few months. Since I was related to the quality department, I took lot of major corrective actions to improve the quality of the products. I got excellent problem solving techniques and quick decision making skills in critical times. I have maintained the smooth relationship with all employees and company staffs during the time of working.

Power Shake absorber

The shock absorber that uses the suspension Spring is hard to use but it doesnt accept the road vibrations fully. So it should be flexible for easy handling. For this purpose the spring that needs the dumping device to control the unwanted Oscillations. That device is called Shock absorber.

DESCRIPTION:

POWER GENERATING USING SHOCK ABSORBER:

We have to generate the power using the shock absorber. In that, it has the piston which is fully rolled by the permanent Magnet. If the piston that moves up and down, it creates the magnetic field. Cutting that magnetic field its generates the EMF (Electric Motive Force).To store that EMF using Capacitors the power will be generated.

PROJECT TITLE: Design of hydraulic bending machine NAME OF INDUSTRY: Sunmax engineering works, Coimbatore. DESCRIPTION: The concept of designing a hydraulic pipe bending machine was done after thorough Study of the processes followed in the company for the manufacture of car bumpers. This machine differs from the conventional pipe bending machine in many ways. The machine has a hydraulic cylinder with piston which is in contact with arack and Pinion arrangement. There is a shaft connecting the pinion with the die roller of the pipe being bent. As the pinion rotates when power is transmitted to it by The hydraulic cylinder During forward stroke, the pipe is bent as the clamped vice. This method has significantly increased the productivity of the company This hydraulic system works based on Pascals law.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION: The system consists of an oil pump which is used pump the hydraulic fluid Into DC valve. The power back unit has various parts. Bell housing external gear pump motor filter Valves When oil passes to cylinder the piston is moving, the rack is contact with piston so the rack is moving forward. Pinion is contact with rack so gear is rotated, die roller is connected in pinion with the help of shaft and roller bearing.
