NiPdAu Products
We currently have over 600 devices available in NiPdAu lead frames. NiPdAu eliminates concern with Sn whisker as compared with Sn plating, and ADI will continue to release devices in NiPdAu in those technology areas that are key to our aerospace and defense customers. These devices are at a minimum qualified to the commercial temperature range standards. NiPdAu lead frames remove plating and post plating bake operations at the assembly site, leading to shorter cycle times. It is assembled with low halogen/halogen free RoHS compliant materials.
Enhanced Products
EP identified devices are chosen based on use across multiple aero/defense customers. Die from the EP process will be qualified over the military temperature range of 40C to +105C and 55C to +125C. EP products will be assembled on ADIs 0 ppm assembly flow. Lead finishes will be NiPdAu by default or with SnPb for some packages. All EP devices have separate data sheets along with a controlled manufacturing baseline including one assembly site, one test site, and one fabrication site.

Die Products
ADI understands the need of our customers to purchase bare die for some specific applications. ADI does sell bare die currently and intends on continuing our efforts in this space with supplying known good die, which is die that is tested over the full specifications of the data sheet.
