Die Transparente Medienfassade besteht aus LED Streifen, die offen vor die Fassade eines Gebudes montiert werden. Die LEDs sind in Aluminiumprole integriert. Dadurch ist ein freier Ausblick von der Innenseite des Gebudes gegeben. Die Transparente Medienfassade kann so vielseitig an den auergewhnlichsten Standorten eingesetzt werden. Ob rund, gebogen oder wellenfrmig, durch die Integration des Displays in die Architektur des Gebudes, entsteht eine neue Form der medialen Fassadengestaltung.

The Transparent Media Facade consists of a set of stripes which are mounted to the facade of a building. The LED-stripes are integrated into an aluminium prole and are arranged to allow a clear view from inside the building. The Transparent Media Facade offers versatile use in the most unusual locations regardless if the surfaces are round, curved or wavelike. By integrating the display the architecture of the building, a new form of media facade design is emerging.

Der LED Streifen kann in unterschiedlichen Kongurationen hergestellt werden. Dabei kann im Einzelnen die Lnge und Breite, Pixelraster, Helligkeit, Proltyp und Schutzart projektspezisch festgelegt werden. Charakteristisch fr unsere LED Streifentechnologie ist, dass jede LED einzeln angesprochen werden kann und Teil einer leistungsstarken Systemarchitektur ist. Die Farbtiefe von 16-Bit pro Kanal verleiht dabei jeder Installation Brillianz und eine natrliche Farbwiedergabe.

The LED stripe can be manufactured in different congurations. Length, width, pixel pitch, brightness, prole type and protection class can be dened in accordance with project specications. Characteristical for our LED stripe technology is, that each LED can be controlled individually as a part of a powerful system architecture. The colour depth of 16 bit per channel gives every installation brilliance and natural colours.

Die LEDs knnen einzeln angesteuert werden, wodurch eine Vielfalt an unterschiedlichen Lichtbildern mglich ist. Die Medienfassade als kommunikatives Instrument fr Kunst, Werbung, Bilder, Informationen, Illuminationen oder Videos wird zum architektonischen Highlight.

The Creative Art Facade is a customised solution with different LED elements as shown in project Zeilgalerie Frankfurt. A combination of stripe- and Single Dot technology with white power LEDs illuminates the 260m2 facade with geometric shapes as well as with light- and shadow elements. Every single LED can be controlled individually, which makes it possible to display a variety of different animations. The media facade, a communicative instrument for art, advertising, pictures, information, illuminations or videos is an architectural highlight.

Magische Momente schaffen Magic Moments

Mediaglass ist die neueste und innovativste, glasintegrierte Lsung fr grochige Fassadendisplays. Dazu wird aus vorgespannten Glaskomponenten ein Verbundglas hergestellt, in welches LED-Streifen eingearbeitet sind. Deren leistungsstarke RGB Multichip LEDs knnen per Videosignal mit 48 Bit Farbtiefe einzeln angesteuert werden. ber LED- und Streifenabstand kann die Bildpunktmatrix auf das Projekt und den Installationsort individuell abgestimmt werden. Durch das zum Patent angemeldete Verfahren ist eine einfache Wartung und Instandhaltung der LED-Technik gewhrleistet, ohne die Scheibe auszutauschen! Im Dezember 2010 wurde in Zusammenarbeit von BGT Bischoff Glastechnik Bretten, INGLAS Produktions GmbH Friedrichshafen und LEUROCOM electronic displays GmbH Winnenden die erste Mediaglass

Mediaglass is the latest innovative solution of LED integration in glass for large facade displays. For this, LED stripes are included in laminated glass, which is manufactured out of pre-stressed glass components. The high-efcient rgb multichip LEDs can be controlled individually by video signal with 48 bit grey scales per colour. By means of LED- and stripe distance the matrix of the pixel can be individually adjusted to the project and the place of installation. Due to this procedure, for which an application for a patent has been led, easy service and maintenance of the LED technology is ensured without replacing the glass. In December 2010 the rst Mediaglass facade with a size of about 11.5 m x 2 m and with about 31,500 pixel was manufactured and installed and is since then fascinating visitors of the IMAGINARIUM store in Calle Serrano, Madrid, Spain. This new technology was developed in cooperation with BGT Bischoff Glastechnik, Bretten, INGLAS Produktions GmbH, Friedrichshafen and LEUROCOM electronic displays GmbH, Winnenden.

Illumesh macht es mglich, groe Flchen ihrer Fassade vielfarbig zu illuminieren. Rundprole mit LED Leuchten sind auf speziellen Halterungen vor dem Gewebe eingewoben. Somit wird dieses indirekt ausgeleuchtet. Dadurch entstehen schillernde Farbverlufe oder animierte Graken. Bewegt sich der Betrachter, ndert sich auch die individuelle Wahrnehmung der Illumination. Die Performance des Mediendesigns reicht von atmosphrisch illuminierten Fassaden bis zu Graken, Videos und Animationen, die so auf besondere Art wiedergegeben werden knnen. The unique Single Dot technology opens an unlimited spectrum of possibilities in the arrangement of LED pixels at, semicircular, spherical or suspended. The various LEDs are attached to separate mountings. Since they are only connected to each other by wires, they can be integrated into a facade in any group or stand-alone pattern of your choosing.

Single Dot Technologie Single Dot Technology

Jeder Single Dot stellt einen Pixel dar. Je nach Pixelversion und Leitungslnge kann eine Vielzahl an Einzelpixel in Reihe geschaltet werden. Die Verbindungsleitung zwischen den Single Dots kann unterschiedlich lang sein und wird projektspezisch gefertigt. Designvarianten reichen vom Edelstahlgehuse mit Diffusor bis einfach verkapselten Dots.

Each Single Dot illustrates a pixel. A large number of pixels can be connected in series, depending on the pixel version or the wire length. The connecting cable between the Single Dots can vary in length and is manufactured specic for each project. Design ranges from stainless steel casing with diffusor to single enclosed dots.

The combination of semi-transparent fabric and professional LED technique adds magical lightness to the Mediaweb and inspires for a special project. PIXELMAPPING Mit dem LEUROCOM Verfahren des Pixelmapping kann auf einfache Art und Weise eine optimale Abbildung (Mapping) der Video/DVI-Daten auf die Pixelanordnung erstellt werden. Hierbei ist es vllig egal, ob die Pixel horizontal oder vertikal angeordnet, manderfrmig verlaufen oder unterschiedlich lang sind. Systemarchitektur System Architecture

Die Systemarchitektur ist so konzipiert, dass das DVI Signal heruntergebrochen (Master Box) und an abgesetzte Ansteuereinheiten (Konverter) verteilt wird. Die berbrckung von greren Distanzen und Verteilung von groen sowie kleinen Pixelstrmen macht diese Architektur so leistungsstark. The system architecture is designed to break down the DVI Signal (master box) and distribute it to control units (converters) which are set apart from the master box. The bridging of longer distances and the distribution of higher as well as lower pixel streams makes the architecture so powerful.
