Then relax and begin sharing with them (in thought) just as you would with a good therapist or spiritual teacher about the situation, how you are aware of any feelings, beliefs, what ever occurs to you. Be explicit and talk openly about this issue. Talk about anything you want with them that seems relevant. They may ask questions (in the mind) or you may receive guidance or experience their presence in some way. THEN Let go and continue to drift. At about 30 minutes bring yourself back into normal consciousness, turning off the MP3 sound or if you have been in a deeply relaxed state using self hypnosis, counting yourself back. WHAT TO ANTICIPATE Perhaps nothing. Maybe it is not best to anticipate at all what will occur to you.during or afterwards, OR there may be an increase in awareness for you around the theme. Let the awareness happen. There may be no shifts or healing at this point, this is because your intention here is to grow in awareness. We are not at the healing point yet. Awareness is a precursor to true and deep healing. Be patient. However, you may have found that you drifted off in the session and awake at the 30 minute mark and arise and feel quite different and clear. It may be that the issue was not so deep and your friends worked with you in spirit to bring a dissolution to the issue so it need not be a part of your universe anymore. OR Your friends make have taken you with your conscious awareness but in deeply relaxed altered state to the core of the theme or field (sanskara) and caused its dissolution by their Presence, even though you had not thought yourself to be ready for it or even if you seem to have no conscious recall afterwards. In either case, wait and note how you feel around that issue or theme and what the energy in your atmosphere is like for the next several days or even weeks. If a total healing of the field has occurred, you will feel it and then notice it over time as your reflected world will bring to you a very different experience in relationships, events, opportunities, emotions in yourself, and others. If the healing happens and the field is cleared, it will be obvious to you energetically or there will be a gradual shift over time. Pay attention.
If the theme or pattern of experiences and reflections that you have been seeking to heal was (note past tense) rather pervasive in your experience, you may notice a very significant lightening or easing and it may continue for a long time.
seems relevant. Your friends may show you images or a kinesthetic feeling sense of what appears to be a field of energy that holds a charge of this theme. If so, drop into that field and feel it. As you are feeling it, ask for help to deepen into the feeling even more. Let that happen. Then ask those in the Light that are working with you that you called on in the beginning to come and touch you in that place, in that field! Your friends may show you a prior lifetime instead of a field per se. If it seems to be another life then ask to be taken to the collective field of all the significant events. As the feeling and some events come to you, feel them. Ask your friends to help you deepen into the awareness of the field of feelings. Then ask to be taken through the death experience, then into the interlife and the review period. In the review period feel and sense what the feelings about yourself and the beliefs are that you are carrying out of that life. Then ask those in the Light that are working with you that you called on in the beginning to come and touch you in that place in the review period. If you drift off to sleep, that is ok. You will probably find yourself waking after 30 minutes. Then declare that "this session is now closed". After each session write down what your awareness is of the session. It is possible that you may have no recall at all or recall a lot of things going on or only a few things . . . Mostly notice how you are being and feelings. Give yourself a few days to notice if any of the prior experiences or feelings of the theme you had sought to address are still there or not. Something will shift, you task is to be passive in the observance and feeling sense of yourself now You may find that, though no great shift has happened, you have gained significant awareness around the theme. You may notice little ahas or epiphanies throughout the day or the week. Let those come. If the healing is complete you will notice that scenarios in your life that used to be part of the theme just dont show up anymore. If the healing is not complete, that is fine. The awareness increase that will come to you is a necessary element to the eventual healing. If the later is the case, then return to another session following the above protocol. This protocol may facilitate a very powerful shift or a mild one or perhaps not much will seem to happen. Sometimes there are obstructions in our field that can obscure the communication and necessary awareness for this work. There may be energies of others in our field that need to be cleared out first before you can do this protocol.
