I have gathered and documented business requirements and traveled abroad to conduct Operational/IT user acceptance testing for a multi-million dollar order entry system. I conducted post implementation audits in 7 countries. I have had the unique opportunity to lend my expertise to both Verizon and Frontier Communications as a Project Manager during the Frontier purchase of 4.8 million access lines and approximately 240 applications from Verizon. Frontier Communications, which specializes in rural broadband, purchased land-line operations in 14 states from Verizon wireless, at a price of $8.6 billion. Project managed the transfer of the 240 applications. I have recovered over 21 million in unbilled revenues through billing system audits. I opened a United Kingdom consulting company conducting accounting and audit functions in conjunction with Deloitte Touch Ross UK.

Level 3 Communications - (11/2010 9/2013) Dispute Resolution Specialist - Telecommunication Investigate and resolve complex customer issues/disputes regarding order entry, provisioning, installation, credit and collections, billing and disconnections interacting with Legal, Sales, Billing, Credit and Collections, Tax and Regulatory departments. Managed revenue recovery projects; reported financial analysis outcomes to Senior Leadership Won Outstanding Achievement Award multiple times. Frontier Corporation Contracting through TSRI (04/2010 08/2010) Project Manager Frontier Purchase from Verizon Successfully managed the Frontier Command Center in Rochester, NY for the system transfers and data conversions associated with the purchase of assets from Verizon (8.6 billion dollar purchase of 4.8 million access lines). The Command Center was manned 16 days 24 X 7. Audited all incoming files delivered by Verizon. Responsible for developing, communicating, managing and controlling multiple project work plans from 13 work streams as IT Project Manager. Preformed pre and post audit functions. Established, managed and reported key project metrics and measures to senior leadership. Verizon Business Contracting through CCSI (5/2007 03/2010) Project Manager Verizon Sale to Frontier Responsible for the coordination of system transfers and data audits in preparation for the sale of assets to Frontier. Metric reporting and trouble management for all Retail testing activities associated with the sale of assets to Frontier (approx. 240 applications). Managed issues including in-flight data transactions, testing defects, partitioning, disaster recovery and end-to-end systems connectivity.

Created issues log on daily basis with all stakeholders involved in the migration. Followed-up on all issues and managed resolution through closure.

International Project Manager Liaised between Operations and IT for the development and implementation of a new International Order Entry system in Europe. Gathered and documented all business requirements. Facilitated UAT's (User Acceptance Testing) onsite in Stockholm, Sweden.
