Frontier Corporation Contracting through TSRI (04/2010 08/2010) Project Manager Frontier Purchase from Verizon Successfully managed the Frontier Command Center in Rochester, NY for the system transfers and data conversions associated with the purchase of assets from Verizon (8.6 billion dollar purchase of 4.8 million access lines). The Command Center was manned 16 days 24 X 7. Audited all incoming files delivered by Verizon. Verizon Business Contracting through CCSI (5/2007 03/2010) Project Manager Verizon Sale to Frontier Responsible for the coordination of system transfers and data audits in preparation for the sale of assets to Frontier. Metric reporting and trouble management for all Retail testing activities associated with the sale of assets to Frontier (approx. 240 applications). Managed issues including in-flight data transactions, testing defects, partitioning, disaster recovery and end-to-end systems connectivity.
Created issues log on daily basis with all stakeholders involved in the migration. Followed-up on all issues and managed resolution through closure.

Gathered and documented all business requirements. Facilitated UAT's (User Acceptance Testing) onsite in Stockholm, Sweden.
