SYNOPSIS CMS VEHICLE

(With Anti Collision and chassis free steering System) Introduction

In this vehicle all load of itself body and other, Mounted on center means suspension on the centre of the vehicle. A steering mechanism for a remotely-controlled golf caddie having a drive motor coupled to a steering assembly by a non-positive coupling. The non-positive coupling between the drive motor and the steering assembly allows the steering assembly to disengage from the drive motor when the caddie runs into an obstruction. Also, the steering mechanism uses a potentiometer assembly for allowing the caddie to center itself after receiving a command to turn left or right. The anti Collision device is a detection device meant to be incorporated into cars for the purpose of safety. Instead, it serves as an alert in the face of imminent collision. The device is intended to find a way to implement a minimum spacing for cars in traffic an affordable way. It would also achieve safety for the passenger of a moving car.

Features of the vehicle

1. Central Mounted Suspension System 2. Chassis free steering system 3. Anti Collision system

1. Central Mounted Suspension System In case of system the leaf spring are not use. The Vehicle run easily in any case of diches and tightly simple road because front two wheels easily move up and down freely and all load mounted in centre not all direction and vehicles shock absorb capacity is increase.

2. Chassis free Steering System The moving condition of rear and front wheel depend on remote and steering not mounted on chassis.

A steering mechanism for a remotely-controlled motorized golf caddie, comprising a steering wheel assembly, a motor for turning said steering wheel assembly, and means for non-positively coupling said motor to said steering wheel assembly; wherein said steering wheel assembly comprises a steering wheel and a fender assembly connected to said steering wheel; wherein said fender assembly comprises a yoke connected to said steering wheel, a plate located at the top of said yoke and above said steering wheel, and a fender connected to said plate; wherein said fender comprises a substantially stiff material having a first portion extending rearwardly and downwardly from said plate and behind said steering wheel, and a second portion forming a platform which extends laterally from said first portion; wherein said platform forms a curved track adapted to be rotated by said motor for steering said golf caddie; further comprising a drive wheel connected to said motor, said drive wheel being operatively connected to said curved track for turning said steering wheel assembly, said motor being capable of rotating said drive wheel in either of two directions.

3. Anti Collision System

The device is intended to find a way to implement a minimum spacing for cars in traffic in an affordable way. To achieve this design, 555 timers coupled both as a stable and mono stable circuits were used along with a 38 KHz Square Pulse generator. The device works by sending out streams of infrared radiation and when these rays are seen by the other equipped vehicle, both are meant to take the necessary precaution to avert a collision. The anti collision and driver awakening system is based on INFRA RED sensors along with 555 timer circuit which are powered by battery that senses intrusion and sudden appearance of any vehicle. When any vehicle comes in the periphery of improvised vehicle then ir sensors senses its position with respect to the distance and activate the timer circuit that finally switched on the alarm, vibration along with regulated current shock.
