My History 1987 - 1989

I have found myself on the OF AC list becauseofmyinvolvement with]

which later changed its name to M H H J
I was ^ H H H H H H B in this private company and as such could not make any
IMI HIM n 11 In M il B m m permission. He also informed mejhat his family were in
Iraq and could be affected if I did not follow his instructions. I had no control over
anything he was doing as I was rarely involved in his meetings. I was also informed
that Iraq was rebuilding its industry after the Iran/Iraq war and that they wanted
equipment for the automotive industry. As the UK Government were pushing for
business in Iraq, I thought it would be good to get more business for UK companies.

They thought it was me that released information to the press. I

A few days after this information was released I had a call from a certain J ( |
m organisation offering me and my family protection, as they thought we
could now be at high risk from theHHHHHHjj| reprisals.

agent and as you can seefromthe above I was also referred to as an agent in the
report. Everything I did was being closely!

FROM 1989 - 2007 (to date)

After losing the trust of the H ^ and being inf°r_nedbytb£fl^^^HH|| * could
be at risk, I decidedt^ce^^owDrofile^hen^M^J(|^^^HBcompany in
/The company was a public company and the chairman was a friend,
HHHHfcf the government offics^g/^M. Unfortunately I found
myself on a US Government OFAC list as a SDN (specially designated national),
which caused me many problems and resulted in my resignation after pressure from
my shareholders.

After 1989,1 never contacted any of my old contacts including |

(as suggested by the[ and have never contacted any company or
person on the OFAC list.
It has been approximately | ^ | H I since working m | ^ ^ ^ H H H H | and feel that I
have been very unfairly judged by the US government, because not all of the
information regarding my activities were made available by t h e H ^ ^ H _ J _ _ H at
the time (for whatever reason).
Please check out my information / track record over the l a s t ^ m and
consider removing me from the OFAC list, as I have never been a security risk to
the H i or the US Governments and never will.
