1. Business profile a. Product We run a small coffee shop that selling coffee and also some toast product.

Our coffee shop called Espresso Lover. We provide a coffee beans that comes from Di Stefano which is a big company of Warehouse Cafe and Deli one of the first of its kind in Australia. And we believe our product is trusted and hygiene. Our toast comes from Quality Continental Bread. They provide us the good quality of bread that attached; -White Bread -Wholemeal Bread -Multigrain Bread -Sourdough Bread -Raisin Bread -Turkish Bread We also got some banana bread and muffins from MaMaKaz. b. Clients Our client is a regular customer that works in the buildings where our coffee shop is. They come every day to get pretty much the same order as always. c. Human resources Our employees is a well-trained people with at least 2 years experienced in the same industry. We recruit 3 persons that have their own part of work (barista, customer service and kitchen hand). d. Location Our small coffee shop located in the big building that close to Wynyard Station. The names of the Building is BDO. The address of the building is 1 Margareth Street NSW 2000 which such a strategic and convenience location.

e. Future Direction We want to make this coffee shop more busy because at the moment we dont really make a good profit. We have a plan to open the another coffee shop which located in public area so we can attract a lot of people from every background to be our customer. 2. Survey Report - Summary of existing HR processes, Procedure & Policy Barista The person whose work in this part is have a role to make a good coffee. The procedure should be in a right track which is give the good quality of coffee, and also good attitude that qualified. The standard of serving and hygiene product is required. Customer Service The person whose work in this area is have a role to serve the customer. Take the order properly, and take a role to recognise the regular customer, what they need for their coffee and toast. The standard of customer service skill is required, polite behaviour, nice person and take a responsibility with the cash register. Kitchen Hand The person whose work in this area is have a role to make a preparation about the food product that we have (Egg ham wrap. Bacon egg roll, Sandwich, Toast, Banana Bread, etc). Serve a hygiene product to the customer. The person should wear a properly shirt and equipment for safety. Wash her hands before work and after finish the things that bacteria can growth. Wear a glove is required. Take a role as a good team work. - Survey instrument for identifies current and future HR needs The survey that we have is telling us about; Currently need 1.
