To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven, Ecclesiastes 3:1.
Introduction I want to begin this study with some introductory remarks I am writing this study because it has been requested numerous times by some who have read my many studies on Bible prophecy, and believe that the Lord has given me the grace and a true desire to rightly divide the Word of truth [2 Timothy 2:15], and to prove the truth of Gods prophetic Word by comparing spiritual things with spiritual, (1 Corinthians 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 5:21). After much urging on the part of some of Gods people, and after earnestly seeking the Lords will, I have written this study for the benefit and blessing of those of Gods people who are truly serious about studying Bible prophecy, (Revelation 19:10) The Chronological Order of End Time Events which follows is based upon my own personal studies of Bible prophecy over the past 56 years of study and ministry. I make no claim that this study is perfect nor inerrant, for I am not perfect nor infallible! [But I soon will be! Praise the Lord! Romans 8:18-23; Philippians 3:20-21]. I also make no claim to listing every single event prophesied in Gods Word. This study lists only the major events of Bible prophecy. It will be up to our readers to seriously study the prophecies and fill in the details. If any reader chooses to disagree with the order of events set forth, feel perfectly free to do so. However, dont bother me quibbling over details which really wont matter at all to New Testament believers who will soon be raptured to glory. I do not plan spending my seven years in glory with the Lord and His people debating over who got this right and who got that right. In plain English, unless those who disagree with the order of events set forth in this study have Scriptural proof, book, chapter, and verse, that I am in error on the order I have set forth, then please dont waste my time and yours pointing out what you believe to be my error. I am wide open to being corrected by the Scriptures, for I love the truth of Gods Word, and always seek to rightly divide it, (2 Timothy 2:15). But I dont have time to listen to nor debate silly theories, opinions, and feelings. No offense is meant towards anyone, but Gods people should always seek to go by Gods Word! Period! Is this clear enough?

Now lets begin THE CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER In this study I am beginning with the next great Biblically prophesied event which is to occur in Gods great Plan of the Ages, and moving forward from this event. 1. The Pre-Tribulation resurrection and rapture of New Testament believers. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 1 Corinthians 15:50-58

Revelation 3:10 4:1-2)

Rapture.

The Pre-Tribulation resurrection and rapture of New Testament believers is absolute Scriptural truth, and has been proven over and over again. I am really not moved or shaken by those in the ranks of Christianity today who teach a partial rapture, split rapture, pre-wrath rapture, post-tribulation rapture, or no rapture at all, etc. I have personally exposed the fallacies of their false teachings again and again in my studies. If there are readers who would like Scriptural proof of the Pre-Tribulation rapture, please write or email me and request my series of studies on The Pre-tribulation The Holy Spirit taken out of the way. (2 Thessalonians 2:7)

No where does the inspired Word state nor teach that the Holy Spirit will be removed from the earth at the rapture. The explicit statement in the text cited is that He will be taken out of the way. The context in which the passage occurs indicates that the Antichrist and all the forces of evil are presently being restrained by the Holy Spirit until the rapture occurs. Once the rapture occurs the Holy Spirit will no longer restrain [hold back] wickedness upon the earth. The Holy Spirit has always been involved in the salvation of the lost, and will continue to be involved in the salvation of those left on the earth who come to Christ during the Tribulation period.

These first two events listed above occur simultaneously [at the same time].
The First Half of the Tribulation 3. The Antichrist makes his appearance on the world scene immediately after the Tribulation begins. (2 Thessalonians 2:3-10, Daniel 8:9,

Revelation 6:2)

I would emphasize that the Antichrist will not come on the world scene announcing that he is the Antichrist, but rather will appear to humanity as a brilliant politician, a great orator, a charismatic world leader, and a man of peace. He will be revealed to the Jews and to the world as the prophesied Antichrist only at or near the middle of the Tribulation period.

Gods Two Witnesses will appear in Jerusalem. Revelation 11:3-12

The two witnesses will show up in the streets of Jerusalem immediately after the beginning of the Tribulation. During the first half of the Tribulation they will preach Christ to the Jews, calling upon them and the Gentile nations to repent before God, and warning humanity against being deceived by the Antichrist and his followers. The two witnesses will have an international ministry, as they will become [much hated] celebrities on the world news, even though their entire ministry will be conducted from the city of Jerusalem. 5. The 144,000 Jewish first fruits will be saved, sealed, and commissioned. Revelation 7:1-8 14:1-5 The 144,000 Jews out of each of the twelve tribes listed are the very first of the Jews who will be saved, sealed, and commissioned right after the beginning of the Tribulation, probably as a result of the preaching of Gods two witnesses. They are expressly referred to in 14:7 as the first fruits [of Israel] unto God and to the Lamb. The 144,000 will preach the gospel of the kingdom to the whole world during the first half of the Tribulation, Matthew 24:14. The results of their ministry will be the great blood washed multitude saved out of all nations as recorded in

Revelation 7:9-17.

The Antichrist will confirm [strengthen] a covenant with the Jewish people for a seven year period. Daniel 9:27

This will occur either right at the beginning of the Tribulation or very soon thereafter. Regardless of the date it is confirmed, it will be a seven year contract apparently guaranteeing seven years of peace to Israel and the Jewish people. In view of the present extreme tension between Israel and those opposed to Israel, the confirmation of this covenant could be considered by Israel as a mighty deliverance from God and might be the means of deceiving unbelieving Israel into accepting the Antichrist as their promised Messiah, John 5:43.

The third Temple will be rebuilt in Jerusalem. Revelation 11:1-2;

Permission to rebuild the Jewish Temple will probably be included in the seven year covenant of Daniel 9:27. There is Scripture that suggests that the Antichrist will actually assist the Jews in rebuilding their Temple. However, the actual rebuilding of it will be overseen by Gods two witnesses, (Matthew 17:11; Revelation 11:1-2). The Temple will be erected quickly, within 220 days after the beginning of the Tribulation.

These five events, Nos 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 will begin in close proximity to one another right after the beginning of the Tribulation period.

Meanwhile, while these above listed events are occurring on earth 8.

The Lord in Heaven will be receiving a book sealed with seven seals.

(Revelation 5:1-5)

This seven sealed book is the Title Deed to the earth. It is also the Word of God as preserved in Heaven [Psalm 119:89]. It is given to Christ because He is our Kinsman Redeemer, the only one legally qualified to redeem the earth back from Satans possession, which Adam lost in the fall, (2 Peter 2:19; Luke 4:5-7). In order to make this clear our readers should carefully study those passages in Gods Word dealing with the loss, sale, or transfer of the land, and the redemption of the land by a

kinsman.

The opening of the seals on the seven sealed book. (Revelation 6:1

As each of the seals are opened by the Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven, the particular event described for that seal in the Scriptures will occur on the earth. I would point out that each of these seal judgments are the natural consequences of the course that mankind is following even today. 10. The sounding of the Trumpets. (Revelation 8:2 11:15)

The sounding of the Trumpets likely overlaps the opening of the seals to some extent, as both appear to end at mid-Tribulation, (Revelation 6:17; 11:15). It is at mid-Trib when the Title Deed to the earth is proven by the Lord and the kingdoms of the earth once again become His own legal possession, (Revelation 10:1-7; 11:15.) While the opening of the seals will be the natural consequences of the course that humanity is following right now, the sounding of the trumpets will be the direct intervention of the Lord Himself in the affairs of mankind upon the earth. Mid-Tribulation

The events under the opening of the sixth seal lead right up to the great day of His wrath, which begins at mid-Tribulation, Revelation 6:17. Likewise the events under the sounding of the 6th trumpet lead right up to the hour of His judgment, which also begins at mid-Tribulation. It is precisely at mid-Trib that the 7th seal is opened and the 7th trumpet is sounded, Revelation 8:1-5; 11:15-19. Compare 8:5 and 11:19. Therefore the opening of the 7th seal and the sounding of the 7th trumpet brings the first half of the Tribulation to an end, and begins the last half of the Tribulation, 14:6-7; 15:1. It is precisely at mid-Tribulation that the everlasting gospel is taken out of the hands of men and placed in the hands of Gods celestial angels to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, Revelation 14:6; John 9:4. Mid-Tribulation is a prophetically important transition period as humanity passes from merely being tested [peirasmos] during the first half of the Tribulation, to coming under the direct judgment

[krisis] and wrath of God Almighty during the last half of the Tribulation. I will be glad to send my studies on The Two Hours, The Seven Year Tribulation, and Rightly Dividing the Revelation, to any reader who wants to study this in more depth.
11. Satan and his angels are cast out of the heavens. (Revelation 12:7-17) At or near mid-Tribulation, under the sounding of the 7th Trumpet, Satan and his angels are cast out of the heavens and confined to the earth. At that point Satan will cease to be the prince of the power of the air, Ephesians 2:2. He will also no longer have access to come before God and make accusations against Gods people,

(Revelation 12:10-12.)

At or near mid-Tribulation the Antichrist will violate the Temple and put an end to the daily sacrifice of the Jews. (2 Thessalonians 2:4,

Once the Antichrist has gone into the Most Holy Place of the Jews and has sit down on the Ark of the Covenant in the place reserved only for the Lord, he will then tell himself that he is God. He will therefore immediately end the daily sacrifice of the Jews, and from that time forward will tolerate no worship by anyone on earth of anyone but himself, (Revelation 13:4; 13:8.) 13. The Antichrist will be wounded to death. (Revelation 13:3)

When the Antichrist violates the Jewish Temple and declares himself to be God, the religious Jews will finally recognize that he IS NOT their promised Messiah. There will be a group of Jews who will rise up in revolt against the Antichrist, and assassinate him, (Daniel 8:12-13; Zechariah 11:17). Look up the meaning of the word transgression in your Concordance or Lexicon as used in Daniel 8:12-13. It is highly likely that counterfeiting the resurrection of Christ, after three days and three nights, the spirit of Satan himself will enter into the dead body of the Antichrist and restore him to physical life. The Antichrist will then have an extreme hatred for the Jews because of their attempt to destroy him, and because of the injuries to his eye and to his arm which Satan will be unable to heal [Zechariah 11:17], and he will then attempt to destroy every living Jew from the face of the earth during the last half of the Tribulation. 14.

(Daniel 11:31, 12:1; Matthew 24:15; Mark 13:14; Revelation 13:14-15)

The Abomination of Desolation [the image of the beast] will be erected.

(Revelation 13:3).

This will be an image [statue] erected in the courtyard of the Jewish Temple in honor of the Antichrist who was killed and returned from the dead to live again. It is the fact that the Antichrist whom the lost world knew to be killed will once again live, which will convince all the world to follow after him in total amazement,

The mark of the beast will be imposed upon humanity on or about the same time that the image is erected. (Revelation 13:14-18)

This mark by decree [Law] will be imposed upon all humanity. However, both the Jews and all Gentiles which have any fear of God in them will refuse to worship the image or receive the mark, causing them to have to flee for their lives or be put to death.

It is these last four events listed which will propel the Antichrist into his position of power as ruler of the world. It is also at mid-Tribulation that the New World Order will finally achieve a one world government composed of ten kingdoms which will be ruled over by the Antichrist, Revelation 13:1-8; 17:12-13; 17:16-17; Matthew 16:26.
16. At or just after mid-Tribulation the resurrection of Old Testament believers who lived under the Covenant of the Law will occur.

(Daniel 11:45 12:1-2)

This prophecy is generally ignored or explained away by most prophecy teachers. But it is highly important in light of the two separate covenants the Lord made with Israel and with His Gentile church. I will be glad to send my series of studies on The Ages to Come to those of our readers who would like more Scriptural insight into the order [1 Corinthians 15:21-23] of the resurrections of the dead. 17.

24:15-21, Mark 13:14-19, Revelation 12:6 12:14)

At or just after mid-Tribulation the Jews will flee to Petra. (Matthew

The setting up of the image of the beast in the courtyard of the Jewish Temple and the imposing of a mark upon all mankind will serve as a warning to the Jewish people to leave their homes and cities and flee into the mountains in order to save their lives and the lives of their families, Matthew 24:16; Mark 13:14. The Jews in their flight will be led by King David himself, who will have been resurrected with the other Old Covenant believers. King David will ultimately lead the fleeing Jews to the ancient rock city of Petra. This truth is set forth and documented by Scripture, book, chapter, and verse, in my study on Israels Flight to Petra and also in my study on The Davidic Covenant. I will be glad to send these studies to any reader requesting them. 18. The Russian Confederation will invade Israel. (Ezekiel 38:1-18) At or shortly after mid-Tribulation the Russian armies and their confederated allies will invade Israel and the entire Middle East. What is commonly overlooked or ignored by most prophecy teachers is that this Russian confederation will occupy the entire Middle East during the last half of the Tribulation. The war in Ezekiel 39 in which the Lord totally destroys the invading and occupying armies occurs at the end of the Tribulation. The truth of this is detailed and proven by book, chapter, and verse in my series of

studies, Russias Invasion of Israel. I will be glad to send this series of studies to any reader requesting them. The Last Half of the Tribulation At or just after mid-Tribulation the seven vials [bowls] full of the wrath of God begin to be poured out upon the earth. (Revelation 15:1 16:21.) 19. During this time the wine of the wrath of God will be poured out without mixture upon the wicked who have worshipped the beast and received his mark, Revelation 14:9-11. This literally means that during the last half of the Tribulation there will be no mercy, no compassion, no love, no blessing, no relief from judgment, not even a smile or a kind word, upon the wicked, as the wrath of God is poured out. I have previously pointed out that the seals are the natural consequences of the course that mankind is following right today, and the trumpets are the direct intervention of the Lord Jesus Christ Himself in the affairs of mankind during the first half of the Tribulation. But what many do not realize is that the bowls [vials] of wrath are poured out by the direct command of God the Father Himself during the last half of the Tribulation. Read Psalm 110:1 again and let the truth stated there soak in. Further, in the last half of the Tribulation, during the time that the seven last plagues are being poured out upon the earth, no one on earth will be saved. Why? Because it is explicitly stated that no man was able to enter into the temple [in Heaven], till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled, Revelation 15:8. This will include the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, for He too, even though glorified, is still a man, 1 Timothy 2:5. Why is this important? Because the real and true mercy seat is in the Temple in Heaven, of which the mercy seat in the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem was only a type. Only after the 7th bowl of Gods wrath has been poured out, will mercy unto salvation again be available to mankind on the earth. 19.

The destruction of the two religious whores will occur. (Revelation 17

In spite of the best efforts of some to make them the same, the great whore that sitteth upon many waters in Revelation 17 is not the same as Babylon the great in Revelation 18. They are not even destroyed at the same time. The great whore in chapter 17 is destroyed at mid-Tribulation when the Antichrist decides that he is God and will no longer tolerate humanity worshiping anyone or anything but himself, Revelation 17:16-17; 13:3-4; 13:12. But Babylon the great in chapter 18 is destroyed at the end of the Tribulation by the judgment and wrath of God Himself, (Revelation 16:17-21; 18:5; 18:8;

18:20.)

The End of the Tribulation 20. The Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Revelation 19:6-9

At the end of the seven years of seclusion with her groom in Heaven, exactly in accordance with the ancient Jewish wedding customs, the wife of the Lord [once His espoused bride] is brought forth and introduced to the assembled wedding party and the marriage supper of the Lamb occurs in Heaven. What a joyous occasion! It is only after these festivities in Heaven are concluded that Christ and His wife will return to the earth to subdue their enemies and rule and reign over the Lords promised kingdom for ever, (Daniel 2:44; 7:27; Isaiah 9:6-7.) 21. The Second Coming of Christ occurs. Revelation 19:11-16

The literal, visible, bodily, return of Christ will bring the Tribulation to an end. He and all the armies in heaven will return to the earth riding upon white horses. This will probably occur on the last day of the Tribulation, however it is possible that more than one day may be involved. The Lord and all those with Him will be seen coming in the clouds of heaven for some period of time before they actually reach the earth, striking absolute terror into the hearts and minds of the incorrigible wicked and causing others to turn to the Lord for salvation when they see Him coming in the heavens, (Revelation 1:7; Matthew 24:30; Mark 13:26; 1 Thessalonians 1:7The Tribulation is brought to an end by the Lords return. (Isaiah 34:1-

8; Ezekiel 39:1-21; Zechariah 14:3-7; 14:12-15; Revelation 19:17-21.)

The Lord Jesus Christ and all those accompanying Him will literally, visibly, bodily, return to the earth at Petra. He will there at Petra first identify Himself to the Jews in Petra [Ezekiel 20:33-38; Zechariah 12:7-10; 13:6], being received by that remnant of the Jews as their Messiah and Savior. 23. The Battle of Armageddon. (Revelation 16:12-21)

As the end of the Tribulation approaches armies from all over the world will assemble on the plains of Megiddo to destroy Israel and each other, Revelation 9:13-19; 16:12-16; Zechariah 14:13-14. It is at that time that the Lord will totally destroy the occupying Russian army and the armies of the other nations of the world, Ezekiel 38:19 39:6; 39:17-20; Isaiah 34:1-8; Revelation 19:11-21. The sequence of events is as follows The Lord Jesus Christ will lead the Jews out of Petra headed back to Jerusalem, Micah 2:12-13. When the Lord comes out of Petra, He will proceed through the wilderness up the east side of the Dead Sea, slaughtering His enemies and the enemies of His people all the way, Isaiah 63:1-6; Ezekiel 39:3-11. When He reaches the northern end of the Dead Sea, He will turn and head due west, which will bring Him into the city

of Jerusalem directly over the top of the mount of Olives, Zechariah 14:4. He will then destroy those armies who are gathered against Jerusalem, filling the Kidron Valley [Jeremiah 7:32; 19:6] with their blood to the bridle bits of the horses, Revelation 14:19-20. He will then proceed from Jerusalem right on up through the valleys of Achor, Jezreel, Jehoshaphat, and Megiddon, slaughtering His enemies and the enemies of Israel and the Jewish people all the way. Finally, there on the vast plain of Megiddo [Armageddon] the battle will be brought to an end by the total defeat and destruction of the wicked of the earth, and men shall learn war no more, Isaiah 2:4; Micah 4:3. Glory to God! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Thank you Lord Jesus! 26. The Devil [Satan] will be chained and cast into the bottomless pit for a thousand years. (Revelation 20:1-3).

During this period of one thousand literal years, no one on earth living in their natural bodies will ever be tempted, tested, or bothered in any way by Satan, his angels, or his demons. In other words, no one living at that time will be able to excuse their sin by claiming that Satan made me do it! Mankind on the earth will finally be made to see and acknowledge that SIN comes forth out of the human heart due to fallen mans sin nature, just as the Lord Himself told mankind some 2,000 years ago at His first coming, Proverbs 23:7; Jeremiah 17:9-10; Matthew 12:34; 15:16-20. The Ages to Come 27. The Lord Jesus Christ will establish His righteous Kingdom on the earth and rule and reign over the earth for 1,000 literal years. (Revelation

20:4-6)

Romans 5:12; 6:23; 1 Corinthians 15:24-26; Revelation 20:7-10.

The Lords purpose for this reign is, as stated above, to take away mankinds excuse for their sin, and also to totally purge SIN from the human heart and from the Kingdom of God. The sign that this has been accomplished will be that death will ultimately be totally defeated and cease for ever, for death is the direct result of sin. Death will end for ever when Satan and those who follow him at the end of the thousand years are finally cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, Genesis 2:16-17; The Great White Throne Judgment will occur. (Revelation 20:11-15)

This will occur during the transition period between the thousand years Millennial Kingdom and the Eternal Age. In this transition period the bodily resurrection of all unbelieving mankind throughout human history will occur, John 5:25; 5:28-29. It is explicitly stated that this is the judgment of the dead, Revelation 20:12-13. This is referring to the spiritually dead, for the resurrection of the saved will have already occurred a thousand years previously. All of the dead will have to stand and face the Lord Jesus Christ Himself whom they rejected in wicked unbelief during their life time on earth, John 5:22-23.

The wicked dead angels and demonic spirits, all of whom have spiritual bodies [1 Corinthians 15:44], will also be brought up from beneath the sea [Job 26:5; Revelation 18:2] and judged, Revelation 20:13. This will include the angel of death himself, 1 Corinthians 15:25-26; Hebrews 2:14; Revelation 20:13-14. Because the Lord Jesus Christ Himself has already paid the penalty for sin in full, then the dead who stand before the Lord at this judgment will be judged according to their works, Revelation 20:12-13. Do you remember what the Lord Himself said during His personal ministry, when asked by men HOW TO DO THE WORKS OF GOD? The Lords reply was, This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him whom He hath sent, John 6:28-29. At this judgment the books [of Gods Word] and the book of life will then be there as evidence that these wicked dead refused to believe Gods Word and refused to BELIEVE on Gods Son during their life time, which is the ONLY work of man which God will accept from a truly repentant sinner, John 3:16; 3:36; 5:24; Acts 16:30-31; 20:21; Romans 10:8-13; 10:17. The Scripture then explicitly states of the dead at this final great judgment, And whosoever was not

found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire, Revelation 20:15.

I want to make it explicitly clear that I AM NOT teaching salvation by works, for the very faith to believe is a gift from God Himself for all those who have a true desire in their heart to seek the Lord, Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5. So have YOU done the very first work of God? 27. The Glorious Eternal Age. (Revelation 21 22)

no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Glory to God! Hallelujah! Praise
the Lord!

After the conclusion of the Great White Throne Judgment, ALL SIN will have been purged from the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah! This is why Revelation 21:4 explicitly states, And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be

DEATH, sorrow, tears, crying, and pain are all the direct result of SIN entering into the world through the fall of man, Romans 5:12; 6:23; 8:18-23. Since death will be cast into the lake of fire at the Great White Throne Judgment, and the Scripture explicitly states that there shall be no more death, then obviously there will be no more sin! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Glory to God! 28. HOME AT LAST! (Revelation 21:9 22:16)

In these chapters and verses in Gods Word John was given a firsthand view of New Jerusalem, the eternal home of the Heavenly bride of Christ and of every true New Covenant believer. Johns inspired description of this beautiful city should bless the heart and mind of every true believer who reads it.
