Rate/Reservation Validity Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. We retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records will be treated as final. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation policy

A) For room reservations: 1. Individual reservations: Confirmation for the reservation would only be given on the basis of a valid credit card or approved payment mode. Cancellation and amendment policy: For Business Hotels (Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon & Sriperumbudur) Cancellations/amendments made after 12 noon, 48 Hours prior to the check-in date: One nights room rate will be charged to the guests credit card used to guarantee the reservation or will be billed as per companys guarantee. For Resorts (Goa, Mahabaleshwar, Lonavala & Alleppey) Cancellations/amendments made after 12 noon, 72 Hours prior to the check-in date: One nights room rate will be charged to the guests credit card used to guarantee the reservation or will be billed as per companys guarantee. No shows and early check-outs will be charged 100% to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or will be billed as per companys guarantee.

2. For groups of 5 rooms or more Confirmation for the reservation would only be given on the basis of a valid credit card/authorized company guarantee. In case of a cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 30 days and 15 days before check-in, a 1 night retention charge will be levied 3. For groups of 5 rooms or more In case of a cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 15 days from the date of check-in, 100% of the total bill will be levied as retention charges.
