plate girders (homogeneous and hybrid girders) with slender web undergoing web bend-buckling.
Evaluated the strength of I-girders with slender web predicted by FE program (ABAQUS) and by
AASHTO LRFD 2012 and Eurocode 3.
Proposed new equation of load shedding factor Rb.
