Chief Mark Chapman Tells Adventures Off Somali

The Foundation Academy is having a photography and art show at Chief Mark Chapman, stepfather of James, Audrey, and Jacob Fleming, recently spoke to both HILI 1-4
classes about his Navy tours in the regions of Iraq and Somalia. This came about because of a conversation during
