He is Chair of the UK Mirror Committee for the new ISO55000 suite of asset management standards. President /Chief Executive Ofcer since July 2012, formerly Group Chief Operating Ofcer. Prior to this he was the Vice President of Distribution Division, where he emphasised the importance of enhancing customer service level through the introduction of TNB Customer Charter and Internal Service Standard. Board Member of DEN the Indonesian National Energy Council and Chairman of CIGRE Indonesia. With 30 years experience in power systems at PLN the Indonesia State Electricity Corporation. He was Director of PT Indonesia Power a PLNs Genco from 1998 to 2003 and PLNs Director of Transmission and Distribution from 2003 to 2008.

Responsible for the introduction and implementation of new and innovative technologies in EA Technology Europe. His work with EA Technology has involved the development and deployment of advanced Asset Management solutions such as CBRM and PAS55 in Australia, the Far East, Canada Europe and the UK. A graduate from Tenaga National University (UNITEN) Malaysia. First posting was in Operation & Maintenance Ofce (Substation Unit) until 2010. Currently positioned with Asset Strategy Unit, coordinating the implementation of PAS55 Asset Management System in Transmission Division TNB. Gained Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University and developed asset management skills in the GB rail industry. At AMCL specialism is in developing companies asset management capabilities and providing assessments of organisations against the BSI PAS55 benchmark focusing on rail and power industries in the UK and internationally. He provides a guiding mind for developments in consultancy, technical services and instruments of the EA Technology Group, which have resulted in three times growth of the company over the last 10 years. He maintains a strategic overview and technical understanding of all EA Technology activities.

Paul Poon Wai Yin will became Group Director - Managing Director Hong Kong of CLP Power Hong Kong in September 2013. He was Chief Operating Ofcer (COO) of the Company, responsible for managing the generation, transmission, distribution, information technology and CLP Engineering Ltd. businesses. Robert is Group Chief Executive Ofcer of EA Technology Group, a fast growing technology company operating in the high-tech low carbon energy sector. Doubling in size in the last ve years, the company currently employs 230 staff. The majority of these operate within Capenhurst in the UK with a growing proportion working from ofces in Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, Brisbane, US and Singapore. Robert is an energetic and charismatic business leader who has won a number of awards including Institute of Directors Cheshire Director of the Year 2007 and Business Person of the Year, Cheshire Business Awards 2008.

A sustainable energy management system consultant with clients mainly from intensive energy users in commercial and industrial building facilities in Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and China. He has experience in energy efciency programs from policy making, strategic planning, implementation and performance monitoring in private and public sectors covering technical measures and sustainable management system solutions. 15 years experience in the area of Condition Monitoring and Physical Asset Management specialising in implementation of condition monitoring technologies within the maintenance environment and Advance Physical Asset Management business process development, validation and implementation. Faiz holds a Master of Science in Integrated Construction Project Management from UiTM Malaysia and has a Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University, Kansas, USA . He has over 20 years experience in the area of Asset, Facilities and Maintenance Management, including reviews, audits, improvement plans and other operations improvement processes. A Senior Technical Expert (switchgear performance and diagnostics) at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Distribution Division, Malaysia. He received a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff and M.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering with Business from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. His current role is development of technical specications and maintenance guidelines/policies for MV Switchgear in TNB Distribution.

Experienced electrical engineer with qualications in electrical and mechanical engineering. Manager of consulting services for EA Technology in Australia and New Zealand and is EA Technologys global practice leader for infrastructure asset risk management products and services. Served over 20 years in power generation industries and has held various positions in operation, maintenance & support services. Currently as the Managing Director of 3 X 700 MW coal red power plant with another 1 X 1000 MW ultra-supercritical plant to be commissioned in March 2015.
