Point 3. The strength of your faith is not in the amount you have, its in the __________ you put it. Point 4. If you only praise God __________ he answers, thats not faith, its just gratitude.
James 5:16 The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Jer 29:12-13 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Psalm 6:8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping. Rom 8:28 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Isa 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Col 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; Job 23:3-4 Oh that I knew where I might find [God]! that I might come even to his seat! I would order my cause before him, and fill my mouth with arguments. Psalm 81:10 I am the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. 1 Tim 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. Mark 9:23-24 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
