All praise to Allah SWT who have given me this opportunity to finish my paper on time. This paper tittle is TEACHING PRACTICE. This paper tells about my experience when I did teaching at SDN 3 Raja& GENIUS. There are so many things that happened to me when I did teaching practice at SDN 3 Raja and Genius. Teaching in the school and course is really different, the amount of student, the condition also how to track the students have different way. Mostly the students ignore you but thats your job to guide them so they can understand you, it needs process and experience. So I write all my experience that I have done to teach the student in this paper such as joy and sorrow with the students, the lesson that I have delivered to them also the technique that I used and so on. I realize that this paper still far from perfect, so that I need the criticism and suggestion from the reader to make this paper become perfection.

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
A. Background
English becomes the most essential language in the world. Almost all the people from many different countries around the world use it to communicate.The area of English has always become a special interest. It.s because of the importance of English in any scope of our lives. Julian Edge said: .Since British trade, followed by colonial and imperial expansion, English spread around the world. Then the military and economic dominance of the United States of America has confirmed English as the international language of present historical period. As a consequence, English serves for many times many more people as a barrier between themselves and those some fields of interest, many people in their own countries will not be able to become doctors, for example if they cannot learn enough English. In a modern era like now, which full of challenged and the super tight competition, so everyone is suggested to not only have high education but also they are demanded to have special skill which is necessaries one is English. As we know that English is used as global language (University of Ahmad Dahlan on Wednesday, June 20,
2012), so if you want to move one step more than others, you need to learn it even become

proficient in English. English gives the large spaces for us to be one of the part of global communication in the world. Even in some certain fields English really needed, such is in science, technology communication, politics, economics, trading, banking, culture, art, film, so on. In the elementary school, English is taught lfrom the third grade till the sixth grade students, they learn English for a few hours in a week. As international language English becomes obligatory to learn from an early age. Even in some kindergarten schools the students learn English too, however still in basic level. They learn to sing a song which is mixed with English, memorizing names of number and colors in English. Altought, in elementary school, English still as additional subjects, but it is very useful for the students to improve their skill, so when they have graduated from elementary school and then move on to the higher level of English the lesson wont be a strange for them.

B. Objective
Mostly the children now can speak English because they got the lesson from their school weather they are in elementary school, junior high school or senior high school. But mostly they speak is wrong and their grammatical too. Thats why I want to fix it with deliver what I have gotten about English to them like how to arrange the sentence in good grammatical, how to speak correctly, and so on. So when they speak English the listener can understand easily. The English also can use for the children now to survive in modern era like now. There so many fields that use English such as science, technology communication, trading and banking, economic even in some product also have it. If the children have English skill they will not feel difficult to get a job even they can be someone that has ability more than others. The English also influence myself because it will help me to accomplish my study in Genius.

C. Significance
Generally learns language is to communication with someone else. There are so many languages in this world, but the most language that is used is English. Englishhas beenrecognizedas aninternational language (Yoga Sanjaya, May 2013). So English is used in everywhere. English will be easier for us to make big connection to the world. Many job fields use English as the qualification such lawyer, doctor, translator, professional teacher, so on. English also can help you when you want to communicate with foreign people, because mostly foreign people except British learn English too. Learn a foreign language makes the brain continues to grow (Researchers from
Lund University Wednesday, October, 10 2012). It proves that learn foreign language can improve your brain and the way you think. The children that have English skill can increase their study score, add their knowledge, even they can win the game because mostly game use English.
